近くに美味しいレストランやカフェが多く、旧市街へのアクセスも良い場所でした。スタッフの方はみんな優しかったです。お部屋もキレイで、特にタオルがふわふわでした。朝食はもう少し種類があると嬉しかったかな。

非常不錯，毛巾很蓬鬆，打掃衞生的工作人員每天很準時負責任，確實為本次旅行加分不少，我們可以很放心出去要

I stayed here for a couple of nights. The room was a good size, but there's a certain amount of noise from the rest of the hotel (lack of soft furnishings). The hotel is in a good location. There's a reasonable range of breakfast options but the breakfast room is too small for the number of hotel guests. Staff are friendly but slow to respond.

I found this hotel is a little short stroll (10mins) from the main cultural centre and coastline and is a bit better for it (in my opinion) as the hotel is well established with large rooms, a good breakfast selection coupled with very well sized and clean rooms.

One night at beginning of group tour. Arrived at 8am,storage provided for baggage but had to wait until 1.30 pm to access room. Able to change in clean reception ladies room. Surrounding area safe ,near to cliffs but would have enjoyed more after a rest up! WiFi. good .Hairdryer .Rooms open onto ventilator shaft. Clean. Fixed shower only. Enormous bed, no spare blanket but huge covers can be folded over. Breakfast would have been amazing but as we had to leave sharpish did not have the leisure to savour all the delights. Staff speak English.

Hotel is very small but cute. Rooms were nice, air conditioning and small breakfast area. Front desk people a little rude and could use more English but otherwise good deal

My stay at Arawi Hotel was incredibly disappointing. The issues were numerous and persistent. Firstly, the water was barely warm, making showers uncomfortable at best. The foul smell emanating from the drain was nauseating, and despite daily complaints, the staff’s solution of pouring bleach down the drain only provided temporary relief. The WiFi was abysmal, making simple tasks like loading a picture an arduous ordeal. The staff’s attitude was another major drawback – consistently sarcastic and rude, they made the experience even more unpleasant. To top it off, I was blindsided by a $25 charge for having a friend visit me, a fee that was never disclosed during booking or mentioned prior to their arrival. This lack of transparency and poor treatment make Arawi Hotel a place to avoid at all costs.
