It was a great place to stay in! Very friendly staff and good location! However, the internet might be very slow in the room so you might have to come out to the front to use it

一樓的餐廳食物出品非常不錯 就是你需要有點耐心，三人房非常非常寬敞，地點對於第二天逛老城非常友好

the food was good 👍 and i got a nice service from staff , good internet.. Thanks to cheff Dickson , thanks to lucy kimani was happy, good service at our conference hall, kibokoni. Also, the white color makes the hotel looks beautiful. thanks rahimu rahimu, great job you do. we are happy how you welcome us in your hotel. may God bless you . everything is great 👍👌☺️

I held one of our meetings there recently and the hospitality I received was top-notch. The staff are very hospitable and warm, attention to detail and the facilities impeccable. If you find yourself in Mombasa, Castle Royal will give you a homely experience.

I had an excellent stay, complemented by outstanding service. The staff are highly professional and responded promptly to any concerns. As a lactating mother on a business trip, I was especially grateful for the provision of a fridge to store my milk, which made my stay more comfortable. The food was exceptional, and the central location within the CBD makes it incredibly convenient for business travelers.

I loved my stay at the hotel, from its location, to the food and the excellent staff. I loved the renovated rooms and personalized service I got while I was there. I would definitely recommend the place anytime and I look forward to going back again.

Very conveniently located, good ambience and great staff. Lovely for business visits...... I like the stay and convinience it offreed to access the city of Mombasa. ...... The fish fillet was awesome It's a must visit .........see you next time....

Thank you chef Nuru for the wonderful suaheli dishes (coconut beans / maharagwe ya nazi)! Breakfast is abundant and rooms are spacious. It is central in Mombasa. Only the bathrooms are not well cleaned and the sanitary infrastructure is a bit old.

Lovely staff! They were very polite and welcoming. Very helpful with advice! First air con sleep all trip so that was welcome. Colonial style hotel which was nice to stay in a bit of history. Don't get room overlooking main road as it is very noisy. Food in restaurant not that great but good price.

We came into the hotel on a return visit but without a booking. The process from start to finish was very professional. The check-in was quick and friendly. We also had supper which was exceptionally good. The Mutton Rogan Josh is a must have. The waiter Omar and waitress Margaret were both extremely friendly, professional and quick. All round a great stop over.

the food is exquisite the chefs are very friendly Shout outs to chef Jack and Teddy for the live station cooking . I enjoyed the egg dishes omelettes and pancakes.i also enjoyed the swahili dishes from the buffet i couldnt get enough surely a place to visit twice.

This is the most epic place have ever been .....it is a friendly environment and for the three days have been there have really enjoyed and felt like home The rooms are very spacious and very comfy beds , the restaurant was my favorite place let me call it my happy place I received the best service from Mercy Wanjiko very patient , polite , humble and her smile says a lot about her The meals were the best made by Chef Jack and Chef Nuru especially the swahili dishes the were scrumptious. castle royal is the best place to be
