S Hotel Jamaica - Luxury Boutique All-Inclusive Hotel

我男朋友叫我寫差評，酒店價格一天1300完全不值，原因如下: 1.破破爛爛，浴缸漏水，整個房間地板全是水。 2.沒有一次性用品，例如:牙刷牙膏梳子等等。酒店樓下有自己的超市，一個牙刷➕牙膏要8美金。 3.1300一天給的洗護用品完全就是垃圾，沐浴露根本抹不開一坨一坨的。 4.酒店自助餐一言難盡我簡直無語了，晚上就是米飯➕土豆或者地瓜➕一個青菜➕兩個肉。沒了。其他都是蛋糕水果沙拉，中國胃去了就等死吧。我和我男朋友兩個簡直就是去渡劫的，回紐約兩個跟餓死鬼一樣趕緊去吃火鍋救命了。 5.House keeping 在covid19期間必須打電話才會來打掃。但是沒有給我們免費的礦泉水和換的毛巾。 6.冰箱裏一瓶水都沒有沒有沒有沒有。 7.剛進房間的時候看到黑膠唱片機興奮樂一下，以為這個酒店這麼有品味，結果發現上面寫着display，呵呵。 但是地理環境很好，服務態度也非常好，酒店附近全是超市紀念品店。走路五分鐘有一個星巴克，十五分鐘有一個burger King，20分鐘有一箇中餐廳。酒店裡可以直接做covid檢測，然後走之前酒店會打印出來。最後酒店有接送機來回一趟15美金，這裡有小費制度，所以用美金挺方便的。 That's all

I had an amazing vacation at S hotel. The service was top notch! I had issues with the bathroom upon checking in, and the assistant GM immediately upgraded my room and added free massages to compensate for the inconvenience. The food was delicious and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. If you’re a sunset lover, then you’re in for a treat! I will definitely be returning.

Good services all around, will recommend

My recent stay here left much to be desired. Despite the anticipation of a luxurious experience, I found myself encountering several issues that significantly impacted my stay. From the moment I arrived, it was evident that the upkeep of the rooms & hallways was lacking. The promised vegetarian/vegan food options were not readily available as advertised, adding a layer of inconvenience to my stay. Also, the constant battle w/the malfunctioning AC in my original room & the disruptive presence of painters outside my door at unreasonably early hours only added to my frustration. After addressing these concerns w/management, I was eventually relocated to a room w/a picturesque view. While this change was appreciated, it was not w/o its drawbacks. The thin walls made it difficult to escape the sounds of neighboring guests, whether it be amorous couples or the bustling activity of the staff kitchen below. In the midst of these challenges, Marlan, the assistant GM, stood out as a beacon of professionalism & attentiveness. His efforts to address my grievances were commendable, yet not enough to overshadow the overall shortcomings of the hotel. The combination of the exorbitant cost of the resort and the lackluster quality of the experience, coupled w/ encounters w/some unsatisfactory staff, including a rude hostess & inattentive waitress leaves me unable to recommend the hotel. Compared to my stay at Excellence Oyster Bay the quality difference was starkly disappointing.

Safest location, less than 5mins from the airport. Felt safe to walk outside of the resort during the day. Great activities, not crowded and easy sign up. Best food across the popular resorts! Caring and attentive staff especially Andre!!

Some staff like the receptionists, waitresses, entertainment manager and security were aggressive, passive aggressive, and condescending. The security guard made me feel unsafe and threatened. He was extremely confrontational unnecessarily. There was construction noises waking us up in the mornings. The water took about 45 minutes to get hot. The bathroom had an unpleasant scent to it. Room service is not available. The beach is not private. On a positive note some staff including the lifeguards, bartenders, DJ and grill chefs were friendly and welcoming. We were promised a full refund by the manager and have not received it. We were also told that the security guard will be fired.

Recently stayed 9 days at the S Hotel in MoBay Jamaica. From the time we checked into this beautiful property, to the final check out, we were blown away by the ambiance, service, cuisine, nightly entertainment, and their overall attention to detail. We experienced excellent family-like service from everyone on staff. From assistant GM Marlon, to the beachchair attendant Sheldon (and everyone in between) they all made our stay a truly wonderful experience. Our suite was spacious and had a breathtaking ocean view. Relaxed daily in the soothing IIrie Bath pools and sauna and enjoyed the complementary foot message given in spa salon.The gym was small but very useable and was fully enjoyed. The 24 hour Cafe had delicious coffee and some of the best cake slices I ever tasted! Beach on premise is shared with Doctors Cave but never was never over crowded. Restaurants only open on certain days of the week and required reservations, which made it challenging to get into at times. But the food served in all 3 were Top Chef quality in presentation and taste. The 5th floor Jamrock restaurant has a view of the ocean and sunset that’s out of this world! Beautiful! I can’t say enough about the buffet service staff. Darmara and Romariio were standouts!! Great service, always with a smile and kind words. The daily activities and nightly live entertainment was also fabulous. Great location, Great people. Great hotel! I highly recommend this amazing hotel and will definitely return!

Hotel S staff is AMAZING! They go out of their way to make sure that their guests are happy. I had a small mishap (food not delivered on time) and Marlon-one of the managers-went above and beyond to make it right. The property is well maintained and the restaurants all had a good selection. I would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was perfect. Nice clean rooms, super friendly staff, great food and an amazing pool/beach area.
