Very cute in a pretty good location can usually walk to everything we only took metro once, I liked how there was multiple security measures, one thing I would note is the front had a lot of in housed people, though this did not bother us or put a factor on the stay, they were a little loud at night but still slept fine

This property was excellent. Very clean easy access to building and condo and excellent walking distance to everything. Perfect for what we needed.

What we loved most was the location of the apartment. Central to many great areas, shops, restaurants, and the metro. The building is directly across from a mission that serves unhoused people. There were often some near the entrance to the apartment, but we had no problems and never felt uncomfortable. Other positives were that the apartment itself was good for the price. It is updated, with a nice (although small) kitchen. Kitchen was stocked with a few basic kitchen essentials, but would not work well if you plan to cook all meals. It was very clean. The apartment is small, so more than two guests would be tight. (Only two chairs at the table. Very small bathroom. etc.) The hotel staff was around during the day, and they were helpful when we needed something. A few things we didn't love were that the sofa bed is VERY uncomfortable, and we don't recommend using unless very short term. The door from the bedroom to the bathroom was broken, so privacy was an issue. There is one small towel bar in the bathroom, and no counter or cabinet space or hooks for towels. Also, the wifi in the unit wasn't working. We were given access to the unit's next door, but it was weak. Our last morning, electricity was out. Not the faulty of the property. However, we had to use the stairs to exit the building. The stairway had no emergency lighting and was dirty, and smelly. Challenging with 2 big suitcases from the 5th floor. Over all a pleasant stay.

Black hairs in bedsheets and towels and on floors. Fridge made very loud noise from the fan in freezer. Parking half km away. Lots of scary homeless at front door of lobby. One of the chairs looked like someone urinated in it

Everyone was very kind and welcoming. The apartment/room itself was very nice and clean. Pricing was reasonable

I think I've filled out this survey before, so I'm hoping to not receive requests for this survey again. The room was beyond everything I hoped for. It was wonderful. The only problem was that the most recent email I received before checking in had the incorrect code for the front door.

We primarily book this property for its proximity to the Montreal Congress site, but were ultimately pleased with the property & amenities. The information conveyed was easy to understand and the staff friendly and helpful. Metro close by. Old Montreal a short 10 min walk. All that we needed for our 5 night stay.

The property is very well located, very close to everything walking or by public transport. Excellent apartment, very comfortable, with everything you need. At the entrance there is a person to help you every day. I would definitely recommend it.

The apartment itself was fairly clean and well maintained, though there were three major issues we experienced during our stay. The AC unit leaks water and has been for a while as there’s water damage to the floor boards beneath. We used the garbage can in the washroom to collect the water but it was quite annoying hearing the constant dripping throughout the night when you’re trying to sleep. There should also be a disclaimer prior to booking that there is an extensive booking/confirming process. Once you’ve booked your stay through ******* here, you have to send them photo ID and explain the reason for your stay. We didn’t know this as we hadn’t received the email until arrival. We were very confused where it was, and how to get in because the door was locked with a passcode. After an hour or so of walking around we finally found the number to call in order to get more information. This process is super unorganized and inefficient. Please put this information in the description of the property before booking to make it easier!!
