My sister and I just finished visiting my son in Toronto and we decided to visit Montreal. We booked 2 rooms. We had a terrible experience at Royal York Fairmont . We got kicked out from the lobby lounge by Karen over there for voicing our concern for the service being slow. For we had absolutely low expectations for QE. When we checked in there were 3 staff at the counter. 2 of them were engaged in their friendly conversation and one of them stepped up to help us. I thought that was totally unprofessional for the staff chatting among themselves in front of guests. Rooms are basic and clean. The location is central. The staff has showed no warmth and attention. In Asia a hotel of this level will greet u warmly and the better one will remember your name. Services at restaurants in Montreal are top notch. We visited some with long history and the staff took pride to explain to us the history. It is a shame Fairmont has some of best historic buildings in Canada and the staff showed no interest to highlight the history of the buildings. I travelled a lot for me to earn a diamond member here. I will avoid staying at Fairmont and any of their member hotels from now on.

地理位置很好 好吃好看 spa不錯 泳池也很好 點外賣很方便 一樓的咖啡廳和餐廳還蠻推薦去的，地下通道可以直接到mcgill/eaton

Séjour d’une nuitée, chambre petite mais bien! Belle vue. Oreiller très inconfortable..

酒店為古老城堡式建築，旁邊就是教堂。酒店有通往地下中央火車站的扶梯，有多家店鋪提供全天候的餐飲。各方面都很滿意。

酒店大堂休閑活動區特別大，而且氣派，設定的各個休息區域安靜又悠閑，靜坐聽着悠揚音樂舒服而鬆弛。

房間乾淨整潔，在市中心，去哪裡都方便

百年老酒店，建築非常美，古老的城堡式建築，平台很棒

第三次住這個酒店。特別推薦需要坐火車的朋友，因為中央車站和酒店的後門相連。酒店位置到老城和逛商業街都是步行可達。酒店的床很舒服。
