Before Montreal, I have stayed at FS Hong Kong, Guangzhou, Dubai, San Francisco, Macau, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Sydney, Beijing.. This one was by far the worst four seasons I ever stayed even tho the room was amazing with modern design and highly automated. Let alone the extremely bad experience when I checked in which I could write 2000 words about, they even can’t supply enough hot water.. it’s just warm or u could even say it cold as u got your AC on in your room. And they put under construction post near my room idk if it’s because of the argument while checking in then they coming at me, I wish not. I could’ve reported the whole situation to four seasons official email , Instagram, Facebook, Google review etc but I chose to forgive.

Great hotel to stay at and good location

房間非常好，設施很新很有現代感，服務也周到細緻，房間送餐體驗不是非常好，希望餐飲能有所提高。孩子覺得酒店內餐飲超棒，十分精製，一杯牛奶🥛都配上了鮮花。酒店門口較擁擠，周圍商業很好，很繁華。

來Montreal很多次了，這家酒店很新，樓下就是HR，逛街啥的很方便，附近好吃的餐廳也很多，算得上很不錯了。

This was my first time staying at a 5 star hotel. I went to Montreal to relax and explore this city. I also wanted to treat myself to a 5-star hotel. I chose this hotel because it was one of the very few that had a variety of vegan breakfast options, and I really wanted in room service for the morning of my bday. I also wanted a room with a soaking tub, so the Four Seasons (FS) was a good fit. I was highly disappointed when I was told that there was a $200 CAD fee per night. This is immediately charged but refunded if you do not use any of their services pool, gym, or room service (there went my bucket list item of having breakfast in a 5 star hotel on my bday ). Maybe next time. The staff was very friendly and welcoming from the moment I stepped foot in there. I was greeted by a handsome Hispanic man who took my luggage and escorted me to the 3rd floor where the reception area was. Thankfully, my room was almost ready. I was able to get an early check-in. I was in room 803. It overlooked part of a parking lot and some buildings. They offer complimentary coffee, tea, and some snacks. They have other refreshments and alcoholic beverages for an additional fee. The bathroom had almost all amenities that you can think of. You can even leave your makeup removal at home. They have some kind of mineral or salt that you can soak in if you want to use the tub. I would absolutely stay here again

Once again, Four Seasons sets the standard for excellence. Very modern and tasteful hotel. Marcus is a great restaurant and in-room dining is first rate as well. Central location. Good security. Wonderful staff.

Staff were helpful, the room was clean. However the location was not great, right next to certain clubs, we felt uncomfortable on what was meant to be a relaxing stay, which we booked based on reviews that it was family friendly- but not sure due to the location? The entrance also gets busy with party go- ers and just had a different atmosphere than what we have normally experienced at other four seasons. with the lifts in constant use, it just didn’t feel very private.

We just experienced a wonderful and nearly flawless stay at the Four Seasons Montreal. Everything was on point, from the minute we arrived to the minute we left. I was most impressed by how friendly the staff was; truly everyone we interacted with was incredibly friendly and helpful. On top of remembering our names, many people also wished my partner a happy birthday. I also give high marks to the room. This is probably the best appointed hotel room I have ever stayed in; online pictures don’t do it justice! We found the quality of the food and drink to be wonderful as well. Breakfast was a highlight, but we were a little bummed to see a slightly reduced room service menu as we were big fans of the « breakfast sandwich » available only in the restaurant. Two areas of opportunity that we noted. First, breakfast was slow in the restaurant, almost comically slow the first morning. We weren’t in a rush and just sat and enjoyed our coffee, but it took over 30 minutes for our food to come out after placing our order. The second morning was not quite as long but not very quick either. The second point is very very minor but we did see some inconsistency with respect to cups, mugs, and glasses being replaced by room service. For example, we would make a coffee in the afternoon only to find the next morning we had no mugs. I think this is as close to perfect as one could get for a downtown city luxury hotel, and we would happily stay here again the next time we are in Montreal. Un grand merci to the entire team for making our trip so special and comfortable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Four Seasons Montreal. The hotel facilities are modern and beautiful with a very calming and luxurious color palette in the rooms. The food and beverage quality and service we experienced in the Marcus restaurant, lounge, and room service were all fantastic! As expected, the service from the entire staff was genuine and caring, and we absolutely look forward to a return stay. We stayed at the hotel on a Saturday through Tuesday, and it is important to note that this hotel likely hosts a lot of weddings on weekends along with the Marcus Lounge transforming into a night-club like atmosphere on the weekends. This atmosphere is different than other Four Seasons we have stayed at and we did run into some noise issues in our guest room on the Saturday night. However, the manager resolved this issue for us and was great at following-up with us throughout our stay, which was greatly appreciated.

This appears to be a property not originally built by or for The Four Seasons, but the rooms are nice if not elegant. The bedding is good. The bathroom is ample size with modern shower. (I might prefer two sinks..) The overall property is more than adequately staffed. There were always 3 or 4 or 5 very professional agents at the reception desk. Phones were answered promptly. There were 3 or 4 bellmen at the entrance to help with directions or recommendation for lunch etc. Good gym. The egg restaurant and French restaurant within one block walk very good and quite the bonus. On balance, not one of the Four Seasons' finer or more elegant properties, but perfectly fine with superb service. Would return.

If you want a restful stay, look elsewhere. This place turns into a night club. Loud thumping music and an awful crowd that is not a Four Seasons customer. Shame on Four Seasons for allowing this activity at one of its properties
