Отель уже староват, и пора менять дизайн номеров, номер большой, есть кофемашина, чисто.

Хороший отель, чистый и гигиеничный. Отель не большой,но номер не плохой.Новый! . Мы забронировали 2 номера, и персонал специально организовал для нас 2 смежных номера.

Отель очень хороший, очень близко к старому городу, но был небольшой эпизод. Я оплатил проживание онлайн перед заселением, и отель снял деньги с кредитной карты один раз после того, как я покинул отель. К счастью, Ctrip восстановил его. .

Очень нравится, поеду еще.Место хорошее, санитария хорошая, в холле есть разные напитки и закуски.Очень подходит для друзей, чтобы пойти вместе. Рядом много ресторанов. Это также очень близко к китайскому кварталу

Хорошее расположение и очень чистый отель

The hotel is located in the part of downtown that is a bit on the seedy side but close to good food, free outdoor arts and dance events with plenty of restaurants.

Basic and average hotel, well situated, room comfortable and clean. Complementary breakfast very nice.

location is ok, price is acceptable, sanitation is ok, facility is ok, service is ok. generally this is an old school fashion hotel with required quality. two things that are not so satisfied during this journey. One is although the location is convenient, the surrounding environment is not that good. the hotel is low rise building, and there is a open park nearby. you can here some people grouping and noising at midnight occasionally, i think they rejoice with weeds. also when you walk outside street, the air is full of **** smell. the second thing is the problem with fire arm in my room on one afternoon, which is loud and harming my ear.

room is spacios, bed is comfortable and very tidy , rate is reasonable… Staffs are really friendly

The service was just pathetic. Check in person could have been pleasant. We checked in at 12.30 AM & genuine courteousness goes a long way. Check out was ok. The breakfast is not a buffet and is aligned to the restaurant connected to the hotel that didn’t seem to belong to the hotel. Both the food and service was a horror show. No alignment between the hotel and restaurant, so the restaurant person first refuses to offer breakfast even if it was paid. After checking it was all ok, but in short poor communication between the hotel and restaurant. The breakfast was oily and limited. And, even when it ordered at 9.40, at the time of serving the server said, we’ll shut in 5 mins not from the POV of last order, but basically asking us to eat quick and leave. Bad! You’re in service industry Best Western. The room - small, poor lighting, broken fittings & the carpet felt like it needed deep cleaning. The only thing that was good was the coffee machine at the lobby. The location is poor from the point of view that it felt dodgy around. Loyalty program - we checked in very late at 12.30 AM and didn’t give the membership no. We checked out and I requested them to do it, but nah the system won’t allow. You have a lot to catch up Best Western. Goodbye. For good. We’ve moved ourselves to Holiday Inn and that’s a lost business for you.
