This lovely two-bedroom home has enough elbow room to comfortably accommodate four guests, perfect for small families and get-togethers of friends. You'll love the rustic interior and the living room's high vaulted ceilings, wood-burning fireplace, and burnished wood furnishings. Let the kids help you prepare tonight's home-cooked meal in the well-equipped kitchen - you'll have plenty of cookware and counter space to make your next culinary adventure a cinch to put together.
You'll love the hikes and diving rock you find when you take your 4x4 up to Phelps Lake, 12 miles north. Winter guests love the ski runs like Sneaky Woods, Dick's Ditch, and Solitude Way at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. You'll be just north of lots of great restaurants anytime you need a break from the kitchen.
THINGS TO KNOW
Guests must provide their own firewood, which can be purchased locally at the grocery store.
Parking Rules & Information:
No more than two vehicles are permitted per unit.
No street parking allowed. Park in designated areas only.
Vehicles must be moved at least every seven days and after every snow fall.
Regardless of length, RV, no boat, trailer, motorized home, bus, or vehicle of any kind is allowed to be parked or stored at any time.No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
This rental is located on floor 2.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

- No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
- The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.

- If early check-in is available for your reservation, you will be notified by 9 a.m. on the morning of your arrival by email. Late check-out is offered whenever possible for a small fee.
- No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises.
- No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Tents or other structures may not be erected.
- Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.
- Due to local laws, regulations, or Homeowner Association rules, guests may be required to agree to additional terms of service. A signed paper contract is required to be completed and returned to Vacasa.
