Hotel Riu Palace Jandia

Отель уже положительно пережил прошлый год. Что мне не понравилось, так это невозможность получить желаемый номер (среди многих заявленных!!!), хотя запрос был отправлен за несколько месяцев вперед.

Совершенно замечательный праздник. Отель первого класса, вполне заслуживает своих 5 звезд. Нам все очень понравилось. Номера, еда и обстановка всем нам понравились. А что касается персонала... такой искренний и дружелюбный. Не могу вспомнить ни одного негатива. Не могу дождаться, чтобы вернуться.

Отличный, чистый отель с дружелюбным персоналом. Номера содержатся в чистоте, еда вкусная, а пляж находится прямо перед отелем. Это место рекомендуется для полного расслабления во время пляжного отдыха. Анимацию можно было бы немного расширить, но ничего страшного. Мы уже дважды были там в отпуске и смогли всем насладиться.

This hotel was amazing from check in to check out. The staff were welcoming and friendly. They have thought of everything. My room was wonderful with an amazing sea view. The only snag was there was no chair in the room, I was travelling solo so I didn’t have one of the bigger rooms, but it would have been nice to have a chair as sometimes I went back to my room for a snack or drink and I didn’t really want to sit on my bed to eat or out on the balcony if I was trying to escape the sun for a while. Other than that everything was spotlessly clean, the rooms, the hotel, the restaurant/dining areas. I really enjoyed the food, there was so much choice for breakfast and dinner. And the staff were really attentive. Especially the breakfast staff. The hotel is in a perfect location if you are wanting a relaxing holiday, which is exactly what I wanted. This was my first solo holiday and I felt very safe and comfortable there. I walked to Morro Jable a couple of times and to the shopping area. The beach is absolutely beautiful. There is a mini market shop next to the hotel so it is great to top up supplies if needed. One thing that couple be improved are the sun loungers, they are a bit too hard and could do with cushions. I would definitely recommend this hotel, but not to people who have mobility issues as there are a lot of steps which are great for burning some calories, but not great if you’re not able to manage steps. I had the best stay at this hotel and would definitely return.

We had an excellent stay. Myself, wife, adult son and his girlfriend. Very relaxed atmosphere with really friendly staff that made you very welcome. My son and his girlfriend explored the town and used the great beach which they really enjoyed. My wife and I just relaxed at the hotel which was wonderful. I could not fault the hotel, clean friendly, good food(Krystal restaurant was excellent) . I would definitely go back.

we stayed at this hotel back in 2015 and decided to go again in May this year and wow , it was perfect , from checking in to checking out everything was excellent , it was also lovely to see some of the staff that were there the 1st time we went , All the staff couldn't do enough for you and were very attentive and for that we would like to thank them all . The hotel is at the top of a hill overlooking the most gorgeous beach , our room was a sea view and the sun was on the balcony all day , this was a bonus for my partner as he loves to sit in the sun at every opportunity , the food was excellent and good choices at meal times , we will most defiantly return again in the near future as it was one of the best holidays we have had
