**Please read disclosures before booking** MT. BIKER'S DREAM! Welcome to the Paradise Condo! Million Dollar Views, Clean, Cozy, Freshly Updated. Garage, Hot Tub, Fireplace! The Paradise Bowl Condo got its name from Mount Crested Butte's iconic ski run. This condo is conveniently located slope side in Mt. Crested Butte, in the Paradise Condominium complex. The West Wall lift is 10 minute walk from the unit, when snow coverage allows you can ski right to and from the lifts, or take a free shuttle (right out your door, from the parking lot of the condo complex,) to the base area, where you will find shops, restaurants, rentals, lift tickets, and of course, some of the most iconic skiing and boarding in North America. Lock your skis and boards in your own private storage closet, inside your personal garage space with private entrance in the parking garage, directly below the unit. This completely updated condo offers everything you will need for your trip to Crested Butte. The Paradise Condo is constantly being updated by the owners - long-time locals who know how to play and relax in comfort and style. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to create your favorite meals in the comfort of your condo. The open layout of the kitchen, dining room and living room allow you to cook while enjoying your company as they relax on the couch and reclining chairs. The breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains can be seen from the living room and the balcony. After a long day of skiing or hiking you can unwind in front of the fireplace, while watching your favorite streaming service on the big screen TV or surfing the web on your own private WiFi. Expect to be extra comfortable in this stylish and well-appointed condo. This property sleeps 5 in its 2 bedrooms. One bedroom has a cozy queen sized bed as well a bunk bed. The master bedroom has a luxurious king sized bed. New mattresses and private entrances to bedrooms for catching maximum Zzzz’s between adventures. From the master bedroom (as well as the living area) you have access to your private balcony where you can enjoy the views while sipping on a cup of coffee or your favorite apres-ski beverage. The two separate and full recently remodeled bathrooms will give everyone plenty of space as well. Snuggle up in bed with a movie in the master bedroom or lay on the nostalgia by listening to a record in the living room. The ceiling fans in both bedrooms will keep you comfortable winter or summer. Ample closet space and dressers. After a long day of outdoor activity, nothing is better than taking a dip in the hot-tub while taking in the 360 degree mountain views! The hot tub and grill are located steps from your front door, your own garage space with locking ski and bike storage is directly below you. This condo is a great pick for you and your guests, offering all the amenities with prime location. The free shuttle that will take you to the base area at Mountaineer Square, (where you can catch the shuttle to town,) stops right at the end of the driveway on Hunter Hill Road. Mountain Express Shuttle schedule can be found on The Mountain Express website. Don’t skimp on location and amenities, but don’t break the bank either- this is the perfect family getaway!   We are always happy and willing to assist with ski and bike rentals and to share our local knowledge. **Please read disclosures before booking** *****Disclosure **No pets. ***** Early check ins and or late check out requests may be granted on a per booking basis and may be subject to additional fees at the time of booking. Last minute requests cannot be granted due to pre established cleaning and maintenance schedules. Guests who occupy any part of the property including the driveway prematurely without preauthorisation from the home owner or property manager will be subject to a $ 250 fine. Guests will also be asked to vacate the property and return at check in time. Guests who check out after 10am  without preauthorisation will be asked to vacate immediately and will be subject to a $ 250 fine. ****  While the property lists a hot tub as an amenity this is a shared community hot tub and subject to open and closure by the HOA and/or governing entity. As such availability of the hot tub may be affected by maintenance work from time to time and is therefore not guaranteed. **** One garage parking space and additional parking for a compact vehicle in front of the garage is provided, but outdoor parking spaces are not reserved. Outdoor parking is on a 1st come 1st served basis. During the winter season, parking may be limited due to snow removal and storage. ****Crested Butte is a resort town, please note that when the Crested Butte Mountan Resort shuts down for the Spring shoulder Season, and again in the Fall, many of the shops, restaurants, and local businesses close down or operate under limited schedules. Refunds will not be granted to guests due to closure of any businesses in Crested Butte for any reason, as these events are out of our control. Please see Vail's website for opening and closing dates for the mountain resort, as these dates change year to year: https://www.skicb.com. ****Cancellations: Please familiarize yourself with our posted cancellation policy. Please note that due to Crested Butte’s limited rental seasons, no exceptions will be made to the cancellation policy under any circumstances. We strongly recommend purchasing some form of travel insurance if you feel you may need to cancel or alter your booking outside of the posted cancellation policy window. **** The US Postal service does not deliver to households in Crested Butte, should you require items shipped to your property during your stay, we recommend using UPS or FedEx, and insuring these items. Watchdog is not responsible in any way for any items you choose to have shipped to any of our properties, and will not forward or store any shipped items that may arrive early or late, this is your responsibility, thank you for your understanding. Loved this place Very comfortable. Plenty of kitchenware. Nice fireplace. Fabulous hot tub in close proximity. My two boys and I really enjoyed staying here.

Great location and well updated The location of the condo was great. It was just a short walk to the West Wall lift. Having garage parking was also nice, and there is plenty of room for storage in the ski closet. The ski closet did, however, have a bad smell, but since it was located in the garage it didn’t bother us. The condo itself is well updated and very spacious. There was plenty of room to hang our coats and cubby holes for sores in the entry way which was nice.

Great place in walking distance of CB lifts Had an amazing time staying at this property. Comfortable beds, convenient garage, easy access to lifts all made this a unique stay. Would love to return in the future.
