Complex offers communal hot tub (all year around), tennis court (Summer and Fall). Once you walk in to the condo, make yourself comfortable hang your coat and leave your boots at entry area. Than continue in great open space of living room/dining room/kitchen. Enjoy the view thru big windows and glass door or relax on the balcony with the view of Mt Crested Butte. Fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, granite countertops welcomes you to prepare home meal, then enjoy it in dining area, dining table seats 6, additional sitting is by the bar table out of the kitchen. Relax in spacious living room by wood burning fireplace, wood is provided and stored in the garage, watch big screen cable TV. Alternative use is Apple TV (bring your own account info). Across from the kitchen is shared bathroom with tub/shower combo. Down this hall are bedrooms. Master bedroom with king bed and private bath and deck.The guest bedroom with queen bed and kids bedroom in the middle. There is Twin bunk bed and trundle bed in kid's bedroom. Pack & Play station is available upon request. Condo is equipped with full size washer/dryer for you to use. The guest bedroom also has flat screen cable TV. Grill is available for guests, it is stored down in the garage. (Town of Mt Crested Butte requirement-full tank BBQ Grill is prohibited to be located on the balcony of rental units). Please pull the grill out in front of the building to use it. There are 2 parking spots available for guests to use. Parking permits are required!!! And will be provided by property manager upon your arrival. Trailers and RV's unfortunately cannot be accommodated on Outrun property. Trash and recycling containers are located on the parking lot next to metal steps. The unit does not allowed pets , party and smoking of any kind!!
