Light and spacious, this executive studio has it all! offering stylish and easy living. Based in central Mt Maunganui, we are a 6 minute stroll to the surf beach and Tay Street Cafe or a 5 minute walk to Blake Park. Suitable for couples. There is off-street parking, great Wifi and it has its own separate entrance. Located under the owners residence at the back of the property, it is quiet, private and comfortable. A great spot to stay and enjoy the best of the Bay of Plenty!
This is a smoke and vape free property. About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Adults only.About checkIn:Check in after 3:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About events:No events allowed.

I was attending a conference in Mount Maunganui so travelling solo. This unit was very well presented, peaceful and quiet. It had everything I needed.

Quiet central Mt Maunganui getaway.
A short drive from the Airport and the main beach and down the road is Bayfair shopping Centre which has every imginable shop to wander through. In the opposite direction is Mt Maunganui with its shops and various eating establishments where all tastes are catered for. Thus it was a ideal place for us oldies to have a timeout weekend.

Weekend getaway
We came down to unwind and relax. The property is quiet and clean and in a great location and excellent condition. Easy walk to the beach from unit. Highly recommend. Thanks for having us.
