The Mission Belle Motel

很乾凈舒適的酒店。帶着孩子住的兩卧室房間。麻雀雖小五臟俱全。這邊沒有接待，都是自助，也不會覺得不方便（介意的親可以注意）。這家酒店靠近主街，但不會吵鬧，旁邊就是各種美食，離pilot bay 步行幾步就到，就在Mount Maunganui山腳下。房間裏酒店介紹上什麼都有周圍吃喝玩樂都做了詳細説明。

Location was perfect, at the East end of Mt Maunganui shopping center, restaurants and bars, also a 2 minute walk to the back beach, (Pilot Bay) and the Mount. It was a contactless booking, so the room was unlocked with the key inside, that worked very well. We had a quiet, peaceful night in a very comfortable bed. Room was spacious, well equipped, clean and had nice decor, good bathroom with shower.

Great location, nice rooms but needs double glazing and sound proofing desperately. Booked into room 3 on Fri Nov 25th 2022 until Sun Nov 27th. Once the bars and restaurants closed it seems to be the local hangout for parties right along side the motel in the back car parks/laneways. The noise, yelling, screaming, skateboarding went onto 3am, resulting in just a couple of hours sleep on Friday night! Saturday night was even worse with the same partying crowd and now involved hooning around in cars until eventually a light standard was damaged so badly, workers had to remove it at 4am. The cutting of the metal, flashing lights etc meant NO sleep until at least 5am. Having to drive exhausted the next day was unfair and downright dangerous. A weekend that was suppose to be relaxing and restful was a weekend from hell! If you stay here make sure you bring earplugs and ear protection, thats the only way your get any sleep!

The property is close to the main beach and also Pilot Bay beach. Its in the main shopping area so very handy and great for shopping and restaurants. The room we had was spotless and well laid out. The reception is remote. Email and text instructions. OK for us. Probably a bit “ clinical” with it’s white paint but goes with the overall theme. Happy to recommend. Thought the price was high but in keeping with other accommodation in the locality.

Stayed in a two bedroom family unit. Scrupulously clean and fabulous location one house away from restaurants etc. Unit slept 5 but only had two seater couch in kitchen. No cooking facilities. Could have spa bath. Good contactless checkin. Otherwise couldn't fault

We booked three rooms for 3 couples and we were not disappointed. We had two different room types and all rooms were clean, warm and very comfortable. Bedding and towels were new and of very good quality. We had everything we could possibly need. We asked for extra wine glasses so we could pre-dinner drinks in one room and they were delivered straight away with no fuss or bother. Whilst out and about during the day the rooms were serviced, again with no fuss or bother. Its great to find a motel that is clean, safe and not run down, and run so well with friendly welcoming staff. This motel is also in such a great spot - so close to the beach and the restaurants and bars.

While the room was adequate, it was small and pokey; clearly not as advertised on website. This and multiple interruptions from housekeeping at an unreasonable morning time, made for a disappointing experience for a couples weekend away

I’m so delighted with this wee gem of a motel. Perfectly located, with beaches, shops, food and drink etc very close by. Easy to get back to Tauranga for my meetings while getting all the benefits of being based at the Mount. Mauao is clearly visible from the property, which is utterly charming - cute, immaculate and comfortable. Check in was one of the best I have experienced in NZ. Friendly, efficient, and they even upgraded my room. Despite parking being immediately outside the rooms there was no noise to contend with. Facilities are good - nice hair and body products and a range of hot drinks - would have loved to have seen peppermint tea and plunger coffee but the General Cafe across the road took care of the coffee at least! Comfy bed, effective heating, decent shower, good wifi. This is a recommended stay fast far as I’m concerned - and I’ll be back again.

The location is great. Shops and restaurants are just around the corner. The Motel would be one of the cleanest places we have stayed. The bed was lovely and clean and very comfortable. Lovely friendly owners and staff. Will definitely be back when in Mt Manuganui next. Great 3 days.
