Casa Dei Venti B&B Bari Aggressive owner 905935821 I booked apartment in Casa Dei Venti trough a Reserving.com to visit the country with my one year’s old daughter and my mum! After reading the comments of the owners being super nice I thought even though its not looking great but atleast people are plesant! Well thats not the experience we received. Maybe because It was a two women with a baby so they didnt had any respect! We came pretty late a round 10pm. They say they have a lift, but there was no lift for the people! And the lift they have only covers around 20 steps but in total its around 200 it took us nearly two minues to walk up without the bags.. the keys were left in the safe. I called for help with the suitcases and the pushchair! The man called Alexi he only pressed the button to operate the very unsafe lift. But the rest we had to carry our self. When we walkes into the room there was no AC working! I called again asking to put it on! The women on the phone said its not covered and we will have to pay extra 10euros every day for it. I said I dont care about it but I need this working because I have a small child with me! The women kept overtalking about the money and saying she doesn’t know when we cam have the remote control for AC! I got frustrated and raise My voice as I wanted to cry about the whole experience from the moment we came and worried for my daughter because of the heat inside the room! Womens husband comes to bring the Remote control, when i apened the doors he was so angry that I closed the doors a bit as I thought he will punch me , my daugther was in my hands so i only kept apologising! He kept threatening me to open the doors to tale the remote control and DoNt call anymore! I was in sock and scared not just for my self but most importantly for my daughter and my mum!! Since the moment we came there we would leave early and come late so we dont meet the owners or the receptionist. I was afraid to inform reserving.com as was afraid they would call them and will make the situation worse!! Which thats what happened! Reserving.com send me an email shortly saying that they did gave me a remote control, that there is no owner man and the receptionist is a women! The reserving.com emailed saying “we can try to find you another acomedation but we Cant promise “ Despite the aggressive man! And very unhelpful receptionist who IS A Man! I don’t recommend this place not just because of the aggressive owner! (Will find his name in a coments) but there is a lot of steps , the property is not clean, there are a lot of aunts , they say they change the towels every 2days and the sheets every 4, i had to ask to change the towels and the sheets and had to ask for the toilet paper. There are no kitchen towels. There are no a walking path in any direction to go to shops whcih are so close but it’s dangerous to walk! So you have to take a bus for 1 stop! The casa dei venti doesnt have a pool or a beach area! They have another hot

La vue incroyable sur la mer, les lits confortables, la réactivité et rapidité du personnel, la propreté. Ils sont super gentils et agréables. Tout est fonctionnel. Il y a assez d’équipement pour faire des repas basiques. Ils proposent également un petit déjeuner. Bien placé, pas loin des restaurants, surtout de la plage. Nous avions accès à une piscine avec une plage privée également et des transat, à quelques mètres de l’hôtel au top! Personnel de la piscine très agréable. Pas de parking privé mais des places face à l’hotel, nous trouvions toujours une place et notre voiture de location n’a jamais eu de soucis. Pleins de petits chats qui viennent dire bonjour et surtout réclamer à manger aha Il y a beaucoup d’escaliers pour arriver aux chambres, mais pour avoir une belle vue comme ça, c’était obligé aha La chambre était comme sur la photo. Elle était nettoyée également tous les deux jours, très propres. On peut faire sécher son linge devant le logement grâce à des fils exprès. Nous étions vraiment à côté d’une zone avec des restaurants, des petits magasins, en bord de plage. Alexis nous a bien accueilli lors de notre Check in, agréable personne! De plus, nous sommes arrivés à l’hôtel dans la nuit, ils avaient prévu pour que l’on puisse accéder à notre chambre sans soucis. Je recommande
