This was my second time at this hotel. The staff is always great and go out of the way to make you feel comfortable! Their Club rooms are the best! The mirador rooms are basic. Their bed and linen are of better quality than standard hotels as well

This hotel's staff are very helpful. Cleanliness is rated 10/10. The towels are clean and white. The bed is clean and soft, so I slept well.

Great service with decent location and rooms, breakfast options need to be better

This charming hotel is located very close to the airport. The staff is very warm and friendly and takes good care of their guest. The rooms are clean and spacious and reminded me of 5 star properties from back in the 90’s. A good place to host weddings as they have ample of space to organise all the various functions etc. Only and biggest drawback is the layout of the hotel. I really really recommend the owners/management accommodate another lift and staircase lobby as the hotel design is such that the rooms are quite far away from the main lift lobby and becomes a hassle to travel from one end to another

I had a wonderful stay at Mirador and highly recommend this hotel, especially for those taking the NCLEX. The location is ideal — the testing center is just across the building, and one of the staff members even kindly accompanied me while crossing the street, which I truly appreciated. The hotel itself is peaceful, very safe, clean — thanks to Suhas, Visha, and the rest of the staff who were all incredibly kind and accommodating throughout my stay. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety, the room was spacious with a lovely view, the bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom had a great hot shower. Everything was perfect for a stress-free stay. I hope to return soon — but next time, not for the NCLEX, just to explore Mumbai!

Had the opportunity to stay on two occasions with a gap 3 weeks. Both were very comfortable stays taken special care by wonderful staff members. My kids enjoyed the stay, comfortable bed and spacious rooms. Thanks to Jay, Allan, Pankaj, Ashley, Royson for taking good care of us. Front office team went out of the way to help me with my requests for booking cab at 2 am in the morning! Keep up the great work guys!
