The hotel is located within walking distance of the S8 train stop at Freiham. The station itself is a 25-minute ride on the S8 from Munich Central Station. Even though I arrived at 23:25, it was very easy to locate the hotel once I reached the Freiham station. It is important to note that although the description on Trip.com specifies that the reception desk is open 24 hours a day, I was surprised to find the desk closed and the entrance door locked upon my arrival at 23:30. To enter the hotel, I had to contact the hotel's service line by phone. The representative was very nice and helpful, and I was granted access promptly. Check-in is handled via a self-service terminal where I was required to input my personal information. Once completed, the terminal instructed me on how to encode and activate the key card for my room. The hotel complex is relatively large, so I had slight difficulty finding my room, though this was likely due to my fatigue from the late hour and my journey. The room I was assigned was clean, modern, and compact. I was glad to find two complimentary bottles of mineral water on the desk. There are no fans in the room; instead, a passive cooling system keeps the room pleasant. For winter days, a heating radiator is installed near the entrance. The shower was clean and equipped with good soap and shower gel. However, I was disappointed that the water pressure in both the sink and shower was weak, which did not allow me to enjoy a refreshing shower. This was regrettable, as a good shower is a welcome refreshment after a long trip. It was also disappointing to find that the sink faucet was positioned awkwardly, making handwashing difficult. Regarding amenities, the hotel features an on-site coffee bar by the same brand (Coffee Fellows), serving coffee and light meals. Breakfast is offered as an optional add-on, which I did not include in my booking. A restaurant is located nearby for additional dining options. During my check-out at 09:30, the reception desk was unoccupied as well. The hotel offers an Express Check-out Box where the room key card can be placed upon leaving. Since I did not see anyone at the reception desk during my entire stay, I cannot provide feedback on the reception team's service. I would say this hotel is best suited for young transit travelers or those on short stays. My only drawback was the weak water pressure in the shower and sink. Aside from that, everything else was very good. The hotel is pleasant and modern, the complex is new and clean, and the location is convenient. It was good value for the price I paid.

It’s a very impersonal service. While pleasant enough, the reception staff do the bare minimum in terms of effort to be any way helpful or welcoming. There was no water in the gym both evenings and some of the equipment was broken. Most hotels have bottled water in the rooms, no such luck at Coffee Fellows. The WiFi was very poor and there is no USB port for charging a mobile device in the room- bring your own. The online check-in is messy and not well-designed. That all being said, the hotel is very quiet and pristine in terms of cleanliness and is very functional.

Hotel teams are very kind and ready to respond to your requests. Food is perfect and delicious. Hotel is quite new and clean. Location is a bit far from Munich center but it is very convenient for traveling. Also, very clean and safe area. Hotel is far from train station just 1-2 min walk.

Breakfast is very good.

L'hôtel est confortable. En revanche, le check-in et le check-out sont un véritable calvaire : le personnel est souvent absent, remplacé par des tablettes tactiles qui ne fonctionnent pas. De plus, nous avons été dérangés dans notre chambre le matin de notre départ, bien avant l'heure limite (11h), par un membre du personnel. C'est un manque de professionnalisme flagrant.

這是第二次入住。酒店地理位置優越，緊鄰城際軌道交通站點，出行十分便利。同時，早餐種類豐富、口味出色，能夠滿足不同住客的多樣化需求。更重要的是，相較於周邊同級酒店，該酒店性價比突出，因此非常值得推薦。

駅近で電車の利用には便利。アパートメントに宿泊したが、タオル、シーツ交換のルールについて、フロントの係の説明が異なっていた。タオルは無料、シーツは有料と言われたが、別のフロントの係の人からはシーツは無料と言われた。

Gutes, sauberes Hotel. Sehr zufrieden mit der Gesamtsituation gewesen.
