С чего мне начать? Это была наша вторая остановка в 11-дневном туре, и мы пробыли здесь 3 ночи. То же самое и снова: передняя часть отеля была хорошей и гостеприимной, потом открываешь дверь, и все в беспорядке. Есть деревянная устаревшая мебель, которая выглядела пыльной, нет сейфа, ванная здесь была еще хуже. У них была современная стеклянная раковина, но они не осознавали, что болты и скобы под ней должны быть в первозданном виде. Ну, левая сторона раковины оторвалась от стены, в ванной воняло так, будто она не была чистой. У нас осталась половина рулона туалетной бумаги на 3 дня. Персонал наполнил воду в бутылках, и на ней было написано: вода с УФ-фильтром! Очевидно, мы не использовали воду. Горячая вода была с перебоями, и когда она у нас была, она была чуть теплой. Мы действительно с нетерпением ждали возможности остаться здесь. Я считаю, что отель делал фотографии, когда номера были новыми, и до сих пор использует те же фотографии, чтобы привлечь людей. Вид снова был позади отеля на стену с зеленью. Это ни в коем случае не был двухместный представительский номер. Когда мы выезжали, пара, которая была в медовом месяце, сказала даме, что забронировали номер для молодоженов. Она также сказала, что работает в гостиничном бизнесе и не считает свой номер представительским. Однажды они не оставили ни полотенец, ни чайных пакетиков, и я позвонил в горничную. Мне принесли 1 полотенце для рук, 1 банное полотенце и 2 чайных пакетика!! В комнате было два человека. Наш туроператор продал его как 3-звездочный, но я бы оценил его хуже, чем Abad Atrium. Разочарован в очередной раз!

The rooms are very comfortable .The restaurant staff are very cordial and polite. The cleaning staff do their cleaning regularly. The front office staff are very cooperative kind and give us the necessary information about several places to visit. In short very happy with the hotel staff . Misty Mountain resort rocks. Add a refrigerator in rooms

The hotel is a boutique style hotel We enjoyed a valley view room suite which was very comfortable and had the required facilities The restaurant offered a variety of kerela food delicacies and North Indian cuisine. The service by staff was excellent at the restaurant and hotel We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend the hotel for your stay in Munnar.

The Misty Mountain Resort, Munnar was wonderful. Be it room, or staffs or food everything was beyond expectations. All the staffs were helpful, kind and always welcomed with a great smile. The room was big enough and the view was mesmerizing. The inhouse restaurant served some delicious food. They have a gym, kids play areas, indoor games room and huge space for campfire and karaoke. They have a complimentary guided trekking available which we really liked. Definitely worth each penny you spend and worth revisit and recommend to friends.

best resort in the valley…the food the service the staff everything on point…overall it was a excellent experience being there …the evening view and campire made my day…must visit …thankyou all the staff members for being so nice and sweet.

We have visited Munnar twice and both times we chose Misty Mountains for our stay.We had a great time again.Munnar is just so welcoming place and so the staff of Misty Mountains.We felt home. I will like to thank the entire team of Misty Mountains for the hospitality...the cleanliness...and eventually fir making our stay one of the most memorable vacation.I will like to make a mention of few names to thank viz...Rinksi,Kavya,Shrikutty,Byju... The view of the valley from the room is quite good. Staff are good and polite. Breakfast spread isn't much but ok. Dinner is quite good and all the items were tasty. The service was also fast. Other things like room, facilities are also good....small trekkig trail/pool/karoake - bonfire etc.

The experience starts with the name itself, the ambience is absolutely calm, the team welcomes you like your own family members. Rooms are par excellence. The service is too good and trustworthy. All the staff is very good with absolute professional but human touch. Terrace is an extra ordinary cutting edge to your stay. I owe my every moment of stay to entire team of MISTY MOUNTAIN.

One of the best hotels in Munnar. Budget friendly and Value for money hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the amenities are great. The view from the room was incredible and it was located in the best place of munnar. Must consider hotel in munnar. The breakfast offering was good and dinner at the restaurant was great. Sometimes there might be waiting to get the table for dinner. They have the option of Candle light dinner as well for couples. One suggestion for breakfast as they should have little more offerings for kids.

The view from hotel is awesome. And even staff service is all Best. Recommended to have a choice to stay. Parking availability, specialized with secret gardens for trekking, spa available, children play area too.food quality is excellent.

I highly recommend Misty Mountain Resort for its friendly staff, serene atmosphere and customer service. Food was delicious and the hospitality service was great. Resort has all the amenities like swiming pool, gymnasium, kids play area and even a secret garden where you can go for a morning treck. Tea hill View from the terrace is magnificent (You have to book Hill view rooms for that),over all we had wonderful experience and unforgettable journey.

Amazing views from hotel room and great extra activities at night and morning tracking, food and morning breakfast was tasty. Staff service were also fast and they are polite and always ready for your service. Camp fire and music at night and gym, indoor games

It's one of the best resorts in Munnar that we've ever been to recently. The Reception team- Kudos to you for your effortless service, the way you smile to your customers. And the staffs; each of them welcome us with a warm smile...and the "Room"...view..breakfast..Dinner...Pool... everything about Misty Mountains was literally soo good. My family thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Will definitely recommend
