Kasana Club Mussoorie

😡😡worst experience ever. all rooms dirty, washroom pot was all leaking and room was smelling pathetic. not even a single staff was listening and not accepting that the room is dirty. when i try to contact with the owner for the problem, the owner was misbehaving with me and was blaming me only😡😡 if anyone is going to stay there after reading this review, then i big salute to you.

We had a great experience staying at this camp! The environment is calm and clean for families looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. The food was fresh and tasty, and the staff were friendly and attentive. A special mention to the owner, Kasana ji, who was extremely helpful and kind throughout our stay. His friendly nature really added to the overall experience. One thing to keep in mind is that the camp is located a bit above Mall Road, but it’s not a big issue — the pick-up service costs only ₹200, and if you prefer, you can even walk down to Mall Road in just 5–10 minutes. On the way back, we just called the staff and they picked us up for only ₹100, which is very convenient. While I was expecting a bonfire in the evening, it wasn't included — you’ll have to pay extra for that. It’s more of a calm and relaxing place than a fun or activity-heavy one, which actually makes it perfect if you’re traveling with kids and want a peaceful environment. It would also be great if they could add some fun activities for kids in the future. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and I’d definitely recommend it to families looking for a peaceful break with great service and a homely vibe.

Amazing service. Loved our stay. The entire staff and the owner were very helpful and extremely friendly. The tents were very clean. The view is amazing. All in all it is a very good property to stay.

Mussoorie is my first mountain trip, and we stayed at Kasana Club. My experience at Kasana Club has been so amazing that I can't express it in words. The staff here is extremely cooperative, and everything—from cleanliness and hygiene to decoration—is simply beautiful. The owner is a very kind and sweet person. If you are planning a trip to Mussoorie, Kasana Club is a great place to stay. Make sure to stay here and enjoy the breathtaking viewpoints! ❤️😍

The place is super aesthetic with cozy ambience, view is mind boggling and the facilities are good. Staff is polite and helpful. Loved the experience!

Multiple reasons to rate poor. Dead location, drunk staff, no hospitality. It’s only good if you don’t find any other place in Mussoorie and needed a space for overnight stay. Won’t recommend and visit again
