The bed was perfect The breakfast was good. The staff were very polite. The distance to the beach was great. 12 o clock check out was great they get the meaning of people being on holiday. This hotel was amazing and they allowed doggies. I will recomend it.

Το Ναύπακτος hotel , είναι εξαιρετικό! Πάρκινγκ δίπλα , νόστιμο πρωινό! Ευγενικό προσωπικό,καθαρό και το πιο σημαντικό φιλικό προς τα ζώα!!!Το μικρό μαλτέζακι μας πέρασε κι αυτό υπέροχα! Αξίζει να φάτε στο γραφικό του λιμάνι και να επισκεφθείτε το κάστρο του.Η θέα της Ναυπάκτου είναι μοναδική!!!

This is a smallish hotel but had everything needed for a comfortable stay. All rooms have balconies and tea making facilities and my room was clean, comfortable and modern. There is a pleasant bar/lounge on the ground floor. Breakfasts were very good with a selection of everything you might need. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is one block back from the seafront, where there are bars and restaurants for dinner within a short walk. It is an easy walk into the charming town centre, where activity and restaurants are centred round the harbour, though you can make a demanding climb to the top of the castle.

Very friendly and helpful hotel staff. Centrally located, within walking distance from the old port. The room was clean, functional, quiet, and simply decorated. The breakfast buffet had an impressive variety, with very nice presentation and service. There is an obvious concern for the quality and well-being of the guests! Well done!

One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was the promise of a sea view. I said to my However, upon arriving at my room, I was shocked to find that it had absolutely no view whatsoever, let alone a sea view. The window faced a parking lot, completely obstructing any chance of enjoying the beautiful coastal scenery I had anticipated. It felt like a cruel trick played on me as a guest, and it is indicative of the hotel's integrity. To make matters worse, when I went down to discuss the issue with the manager (Ms. Giota), her demeanor was nothing short of smug and uncooperative. She showed no remorse for the false advertising and even went as far as to imply that it was somehow my fault for having unrealistic expectations. Instead of offering a solution or attempting to rectify the situation, Ms. Giota dismissed my concerns with an arrogant attitude, making me feel like a nuisance rather than a valued guest. She told me that I can go ahead and express my concerns "wherever I want" which is indicative of the fact that she doesn't care about guest feedback. As a paying customer, I believe it is the hotel's responsibility to provide the services and amenities they advertise. In this case, the lack of a sea view in a room that was specifically marketed as having one is a clear example of false advertising. It is both unethical and deceptive to mislead customers in such a way, only to disappoint them upon arrival. Furthermore, Ms. Giota's attitude towards my complaint was deeply unprofessional. A skilled manager should possess the ability to handle customer grievances with empathy and find a mutually beneficial resolution. Unfortunately, Ms. Giota's smug demeanor and lack of willingness to assist left me feeling unheard and frustrated. In conclusion, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a pleasant and honest experience.

yes the best pillows every - great hotel, fab breakfast and friendly staff - very happy break. Close tothe beach and loads of places of interest, plus a variety of good restaurants. View from the hotel, fantastic

Decent size room and bathroom, not much in terms of decor but fine enough for the price. Front desk staff was excellent and accommodating. Very close to the sea and room has a balcony with partial sea view. There was road construction when we were there, which seemed to have affected the wifi, but otherwise fine stay. Very near to a lot of restaurants. There were free parking lots dotted around the area, but not within the hotel itself.

Small hotel. Friendly staff. Buffet Food nice. Only one night stay. Breakfast mainly continental. Partial sea view from balcony. Loud air con. Had to finish making own bed. Bathroom too small. Plastic shower curtain. Insufficient electric power points. Receptionist excellent. Arrived at 7:15pm and left at 8:30 am., so didn’t see much of hotel or surrounding area.

Die Lage ist genial am kleinen Hafen und am Aufstieg zur Festung. Bei geschlossenem Fenster ( und sehr guter Klimaanlage!) war nichts vom Verkehr direkt vor dem Hotel zu hören. Die Brtten waren bequem, die Dusche klasse und alles war ordentlich , sauber und gut gepflegt. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Nur geärgert hat uns , auf der wunderbaren Dachbar , ungefragt ein Wasser hingestellt zu bekommen, das wir nicht anrührten und nur unseren Wein tranken und das Wasser trotzdem nachher auf der Rechnung stand. In einem Restaurant ok, aber in einer Bar?! Da lobe ich mir die kretische Gastfreundschaft, bei der man immer selbstverständlich umsonst Wasser bekommt.

Hotel con habitaciones reformadas, buena limpieza y situado a 30 m de la playa. Numerosos bares y restaurantes a pocos metros de distancia. Hablan español. Servicio muy amable y muy dispuesto a ayudar. Habitaciones con frigo, caja fuerte, zapatillas. Es un hotel pequeño y con regencia familiar lo que proporciona un cierto ambiente de calidez. Cena tipo bufet bastante aceptable. Desayuno amplio y diverso.

ΤΑ ΚΑΛΑ. *Τέλειο πρωινό, ευγενέστατοι σερβιτόροι *Ήσυχο *Ωραίο δωμάτιο, ξεκούραστο στρώμα. *Δωρεάν τα κατοικίδια. ΤΑ ΑΣΧΗΜΑ... *Έκανα κράτηση για δίκλινο με διπλό κρεβάτι και τελικά μας έδωσαν δύο μονά. *Καθίσαμε στο μπαρ του ξενοδοχείου αλλά δεν μπόρεσαν να μας εξυπηρετήσουν γιατί δεν είχαν άτομο. *Δεν είχε ποτέ αρκετό ζεστό νερό ούτε για ένα άτομο. *Το τηλέφωνο δεν λειτουργούσε και το διαπιστώσαμε την ώρα που τους χρειαστήκαμε.

Δυστυχως ηταν μια απογοητευση.Η συμπεριφορα τους μας προκαλεσε θλιψη, ντροπη και θυμο. Αναλυτικά, καναμε κρατηση μεσω γνωστης πλατφορμας για μια νυχτα ως ενδιαμεσο σταθμό των διακοπων μας, για να δουμε φιλους και συγγενεις στην πολη. Δυστυχως το δωματιο που μας διεθεσαν ηταν για ΑΜΕΑ και μαλλον τιμωρια προς τους ανθρωπους αυτους.Ολα φθαρμενα , παλια, με βρωμικους τοιχους χωρις την παραμικρη παρεμβαση για πολλα χρονια. Ο υπαλληλος παραδεχτηκε πως δεν αντιστοιχουσε στην κρατησή μας ….αλλά δεν υπηρχε αλλο διαθεσιμο, ωστοσο η χρεωση εγινε κανονικα για τον τυπο δωματιου της επιλογής μας.Προφανως η λογική της αρπαχτης, ειναι η επιλογή της συγκεκριμενης επιχειρησης.Το ακομη πιο λυπηρο ειναι η κατηγοριοποιηση των ατομων ΑΜΕΑ, σε πολιτες 2ης κατηγοριας.Ακομη και οι καρεκλες στο μπαλκονι ηταν διαφορετικες των υπολοιπων, αν υποθεσουμε πως θα μπορουσε ενα ατομο να βγει σε αυτο, τον περιμενε μια σπασμενη πολυθρονα. Επισκεπτομαι απο παιδι την Ναυπακτο την οποια αγαπώ, δυστυχως τετοιες συμπεροφορες ομως αποτελουν δυσφημιση για την πολη και τον κλαδο.

Puzza di fumo nelle stanze, pulizia mediocre, buona l’accoglienza e discreta la colazione. Abbiamo pagato 73 € per una notte decisamente eccessivo. Buona la posizione a due passi dal centro… e dalla via dei ristoranti ..Da togliere la puzza poi ne riparliamo !
