Have a memorable experience staying in Brevely Hotel Batam on my recent trip with friends. Must say room is huge for deluxe King and staff are super friendly.Daily breakfast with average options but food are delicious.unfortunatly pool is under renovation. Overall is a present stay in this hotel will surely recommend friends to experience the stay

This is my second time staying here, but I have to say that this time I was not impressed. Even though we booked a month in advance, the check-in time was a long wait.2 hours before we can check in, waiting until 4 pm. While we were sitting and waiting, we saw other people who came later and checked in got the room first. What does that mean? When we asked at the counter, all we got was an apology. We complained and still didn't get the room until 4 pm. Then we could check in.

The shower drain did not drain quickly so the water was constantly above my ankles in the bathtub. The sheets had black spots on it.

The hotel is old and quite dirty. The aircon cannot be adjusted and a bit too cold. No sauna and spa to be found. The location is not bad.

Very old, slightly run down vibes in this hotel. Mixed feelings, because it's situated quite central in Batam and clearly one of the cheaper options available. The gym is pretty good, many different machines and clean. Pool out of maintenance for a long time now and quiet small anyway. The AC is very loud but works well. Room spacious but carpet etc are old and don't give off a very clean vibe. Most areas of the hotel are pretty dim lit, adding to the old vibes.

Super dirty room. Maybe that’s why it’s cheap. Requested for cancellation but was refused. Location is near nowhere. Refer to pictures.

The toilets are the main place to focus and needed much improvements like without the bidet. Bathtub do not have the topper and unable to use. No hair dryer and lack of the basic toilets amenities. Towels are almost dye black and need to replace for hygiene and hotel images being a 4 stars rating. The rooms have no further comments

The hotel is conveniently located with plenty of nearby amenities, making it ideal for both tourists and business travelers. The staff was very friendly, especially Cynthia, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. Her professionalism and warmth truly stood out, making my experience at the hotel even more enjoyable. The room was impressively comfortable, with a soft bed that provided an excellent sleep environment. However, there are a couple of areas that could be improved. Firstly, the air conditioning in the room didn’t seem to allow temperature control, possibly due to a malfunction. While the room temperature was manageable, it would be better if the air conditioner could be fixed to allow future guests more control over their room’s climate. Secondly, the bathroom lacked a water hose, making it somewhat inconvenient to wash my feet. Adding this facility would significantly enhance the guest experience. Overall, Beverly Hotel Batam is a highly recommended place to stay. Despite a few minor issues, they don’t overshadow the overall experience. If you’re looking for a comfortable and convenient hotel in Batam, this is a great choice. A special thanks to Cynthia for her exceptional service!

I have been staying here a coulpe of times with stuffy rooms,for the aircornditioning is not working well. The Management should have look into the matter seriously for whatever reason they have for the sake of guest.
