While I checked-out on April 22 morning I paid all bills (room + food + transport) but the Hotel Staff Ms Eugeen Raj Khalkho did not print bills with no reasons told to me. Since I was to come again on April 23 to stay for another 3 days, she promised that the bills will be printed and handed over to me on my arrival on April 23 evening. She also said that since she herself would be on duty I will get the packet of bills readily available. However on April 23 - evening while I checked-in again the Staff was continuously ignoring my request to provide the bills. I followed up more than 15 times, waiting for more that 2 hours. Out of frustration I went to the Reception Desk and got the papers collected, it took them 30 more minutes. Highly shameful and disrespectful act by the Hotel. I will approach the Consumer Court and seek co****sation for this harassment. I am sure, the Hotel would close down its business if if offers such services.

Excellent service. Good food. Good location needs maintaince. Would keep coming to the same place. Big rooms. Great service. Shibsankar from house keeping was special who was a great help and was eager to help. Would recommend the place for stay.

The hotel was very nice and hotel staff is very good i am very happy with services specially thanks to pooja mam is very friendly and front desk hostess ms uttara mam thank u so much food and bevrege services is very nice best of dinner and very nice service

I am writing this review after visiting the place thrice. Food 9/10 ambience is 9/10 hospitality 10/10. In shorts value for money. I have given 9 as the staff has raised the bar for themselves. I would like to specifically mention about Pooja, who makes us feel comfortable and valued as a customer so much that I am planning to opt for membership. They really make you feel at home. Every food item tastes unique and they have wide spread as buffet. Live counter is a rockstar of the show ranging from Pani Puri to grilled fish and barbeque items. Asian food counters add a charm as you rarely see them elsewhere. Additional they also provide discounts and offers. In all, nice place to enjoy wide spread of food. recommended for get-togethers, family lunch and dinners.

Hotel property is so beautiful and the food was very tasty especially the starter and dessert . Mr Ravi was empathetic person assisted us very well . Whole staff cooperative.Rooms were spacious with all the amenities .It was amazing staying here.😀😀😀

It was a pleasant stay at Nagpur Le Meridien. The buffet spread is good and quality of food is good. Amit at the restaurant assisted us well. The pool is well maintained and we enjoyed the overall stay. I recommend the stay to all my family and friends Looking forward for next stay soon. I

Warm welcome at gate, reception and at dining. Check in experience was very good within minimum time check in was done. Ambience inside hotel is excellent. Cleanliness standard kept high. All the staff are very cooperative. Specially Vivek and Isha done very nice house keeping and shown very good skill of interaction with customer with smile 😊

We have been in Nagpur since a year now and after a long time I came across this kind of buffet. Every item was delicious and tasty, very unique desserts. The quality of the food was par excellence. Services by Soha and Suhana from front office were exceptional.

I had a lovely stay in Le Meridian Nagpur. Staff was extremely professional and courteous. I came here because of my business stay. I would like to appreciate efforts by Ms suhana who welcomed me everytime with a beautiful smile and interacted me asking about my whereabouts. She is a trainee but i must say she had an amazing skills. We need such people in service industry. Loved my stay here. Buffet was also good, specifically breakfast buffet. Thank you.

House keeping and room service was excellent. Reception desk needs improvement. The property is amazing. The breakfast spread was nice. The cleanliness was good. The ambience is also nice. Staff is friendly. The garden area is well kept.

Le meridian has the best food honestly, the staff the chef are honestly the best. Chef- Mr Ravi & Mr Surya have some magic. And sindhiya and Simran are amazing person. They are very hard working and smiling throughout there duty, they were very courteous and well behaved.

Amazing service! Food was pretty good, the hospitality was pretty outstanding and would love to visit again as soon as possible! Pooja, Devesh and Rajendra went out of their way to serve us well. It was an incredible experience that I'd like to repeat again
