I traveled from Canada to attend my nephews wedding. I really enjoyed my stay. The place was very nice a d clean. Your staff was extremely friendly. Very central. Would deffinitely recomend the place. Will be back with my family. The kitchen had all required utensils. We were so happy that we bought lunch and dinner for the morning staff and the night staff. The security guards were very friendly and making the place feel safe. Enjoyed breakfast and lunch. Used their swimming pool. Did not have enough time for sauna and the gym. Had a shop open from 6am until 2am.The office staff was very friendly in helping. Extended my stay for another 3 days. I would not hesitate in recommending to stay here. It is also very close to shops, money exchange and nice restaurants. I would like to thank you for us having this experience. Most important it is safe and secure place

Property was safe and clean. The one thing that did not meet expectations was the lack of a washer and dryer. It was one of the requirements and was lacking.

The apartment was fantastic and the location turned out great as it was pretty quiet. Kilimani area is notorious for noise from clubs and bars but at Purple Haze you don't have to worry about that. However, I had been warned that it is known for parties within the units but we lucked out on that. Phew!!! All in all, here's my take:- The mattresses are super super hard. If you don't like those rock hard mattresses, brace yourself. I was lucky that I have relatives and friends close by who gave me their duvets to act as pillow top for the mattress. The management couldn't not address this. I don't know how the water heating system works but you will want to use hot water conservatively (which is always good) as once the hot water is finished you have to wait till morning or evening. The gym is well equipped which is a winner for me. The noise from gate was a bit of pain. This ranged from guests coming in noisily to the metal noise as the cars drive in. If you can choose a unit away from the gate and the railing, you'll sorted. There's a 24h shop on the ground floor. The price is high but eases the headache of rushing to the supermarket to buy basic supplies. They even have alcohol. Don't forget to ask for a unit with a laundry machine and housekeeping - this is not automatic and does come at an extra charge. Downside: I'm still waiting waiting for my security deposit 3 months later. Housekeeping can improve significantly. The lift is a little tacky with cartons on the floor. This could be to prevent damage but is quite an eye sore. May be something more professional can be used instead.

Prison a ciel ouvert. Mon séjour a été horrible dans ce beau cadre idyllique. Ils ne communiquent qu’une fois le paiement fait sur les restrictions. Et il y’en a un paquet. C’est en arrivant que je découvre qu’il faut un deposit. Je ne l’ai pas vu avant de réserver dans les conditions. Mais aussi et surtout le clou des restrictions : plus aucune visite à partir de 22h dans votre appartement. Les invités présents plutôt sont priés de partir à 22h. Nombre de personnes invités restreint en fonction du type d’appartements. Bref autant de règles que vous découvrez une fois après avoir été prélevé de vos sous. Et aucun remboursement n’est possible ! Il serait bien de pouvoir afficher le règlement intérieur. Afin que le client sache où il mets les pieds et réserve en connaissance de cause et non ne tombe sur des surprises désagréables à son arrivée. J’oubliais également la contrainte de l ID de la personne qui visite même si cette dernière a une copie soft de son passeport sur son tel. Mémé quand on vient à la rencontre à la réception confirmer bien recevoir cette personne l’accès n’est pas autorisé.
