Very nice and comfortable stay but unfortunately no restaurants near to order food . Limited options . Place is nice .

Hotel had a lot of amenities, breakfast was good, lots of options, service was good and quick .specially room cleaning was very good and clean once we returned to room for rest.thank you

Situated by a lake, we were fortunate to have a room with the lake view. It is away from the heart of the city but easy to get on the subway and get around fine. Good room layout, great surroundings for walking or running, beautiful parks near to do exercise.

The check in was smooth and fast. Sienna, the receptionist speaks good English and very helpful and accommodating. However, in the morning, we went to have breakfast, but we were not allowed to enter the restaurant because we were wearing room slippers. So, we went upstairs to put on our shoes, only to find out that some men were wearing room slippers while they went around the restaurant? How so unfair! We understand the safety concerns of the hotel, but they should stick to their own rules and should be compulsory! We complained to those staff who stopped us from coming into the restaurant and they said, they can't stop the men from coming in, in their room slippers. So??? They should improve on this!

This is a great hotel with friendly service and a great buffet. It is extremely clean and has everything you would want. I would definitely stay there again. A wonderful stay! Because Nanjing is quite a sprawling city, it is important to know that this hotel is around 10km from most of the top tourist sites (but a cheap cab ride is all you need to get anywhere.)

Great place to stay

Nice hotel and friendly staff, especially show my gratitude to Miss Siena Han. She helped us when we need it, suggest a very nice room according to our need and budget. Will suggest to our supplier and friend about Crown Plaza as our accommodation next time. Will see you all here.

Excellent location and staff

A standard stay. Close to 1912, a good area for eating and drinking.

The swimming pool is a small squarish indoor pool good for training or just a simple swim. The bathtub is good for 1 person only. The lights in the room is a bit dim but you can open the curtains in the day and your room will be brightly lit. The service at the lobby is great.
