Very disappointed
We were told on the morning of our arrival that some services ie elevator , airport shuttle and hot water were not available due to “ earthquake” and lightening the night before- we couldn’t understand this as all other services were functioning in the city and airport. -
No hot water until late evening of our second day then limited hot water available
Elevator was out of service until second evening
No hotel shuttle available
The lodging was not as advertised or previously reviewed

Beautiful, clean, comfortable, and convenient. Only negative is the five-story walk-up. There is an elevator but it's easier to take the stairs.

Thank you to Alice & Luca and team. We enjoyed our stay. N’Art is an easy 4 min walk from Napoli Centrale, so if you are arriving by train, this is an easy location to find.
N’Art team are very nice and helpful. Room is simple and very nice, really comfortable bed! Air con works really well. Breakfast and coffee was fresh and nice. Highly recommend 😎

Great stay at N’art suites. Very close to central station and metro as well as restaurants and laundry. Excellent communication - was able to message with owners about any questions and got clear instructions on check in. Greatly appreciated being able to check in early. The owners were very sweet and place had a cute vibe, a true B&B. Great local recommendations from the owner on check in. Would def stay here again.

The hotel is great. Very cozy and comfortable. Rooms were good size. Breakfast was simple but useful to grab a quick bite and head on out. The location is fantastic since you are in the central plaza where you can take trains, metro, bus and a shuttle to the airport

The property was very clean and convenient, since we were planning day trips to nearby islands. It was a 5 min walk from the train and a 15-20 min walk to the ferry dock. The building is very old but we’ll maintained and interesting! Outside, the area is pretty dirty, but other than lots of street people, we didn’t see any trouble, and there were plenty of restaurants with lots of people around. The nearby pizza is inexpensive and very very good! We would stay here again.

Had an amazing stay at this hotel. Great information before hand regarding all necessary information on how to enter the building. Even though the city of naples is quite noisy, we did not hear any if this inside the room. Comfortable bed, and the room was cleaned properly everyday. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Naples!

A great place to stay in the city centre of Naples! Very clean and spacious rooms with modern interior. We especially enjoyed the common space which was stocked with refreshments and plenty of books in a small library. Overall, a good stay with everything you need
