Sheraton Grand Nashville Downtown

it's a 7 min walk to broadway the main action street of Nashville. the roof top bar is amazing, one can borrow their record player and vinyls and listen in the room !

I love the views, the skye bar and the food 😋

We spent New Years Eve at this hotel because of the location of being walking distance to Printers Alley. Hotel is going through a renovation, but it was no hinder to our stay. Room had a slight musty smell. Other than that, it was it was a great place to stay! The Librery is an onsite restaurant that provided us a great place to relax and have some drinks.

There’s construction and all types of noise early in the morning. On Thursday, water was shut off at the hotel. I should have been warned about all this. And to charge what o was charged was ridiculous.

Worst stay at any hotel and ruined the start of our little vacation that was supposed to be relaxing. The parking garage was closed, we listened to construction that no one warned us about all day and all morning (they stopped at 6pm but started back at 9am), the maid came into our room after she saw us go in since she was cleaning next door (that was weird and made me feel uncomfortable), the entire street outside the hotel was lined with homeless people that made me feel very unsafe, and it took 48 minutes to get our car the next morning. Again, we were not told that either. The valet said 5-10 minutes to get our car the day before.

Nice property under construction, attention was also very nice and prompt. The only drawback was the parking issues i did not expect.

Location was great for walking around Nashville. Property is undergoing renovation . . . And it needs it badly.

It is a nice hotel BUT, construction going on constantly, and we were not aware it would be. Parking - we were aware of 60.00/charge for valet, but NOT aware that we could not park ourselves due to CONSTRUCTION..total bill on parking for TWO nights came out to a WHOPPING $168.54 which included 65.00/valet service 17.00 FACILITY FEE?? tax 1.57....are you KIDDING ME??? AND we tipped the valet guys, who are very nice! Cars are NOT kept in the hotel garage, but 'about' 2 blocks away?? So get EVERYTHING you need out of your car! It's a walk to Broadway and there is a golf cart 'shuttle' - but only till 11:45 pm to come pick up! So we took a cab one night. Also, the SKYE LOUNGE at the top of the building was closed for PRIVATE EVENTS - we were very disappointed, as we were really looking forward to going up there! Couple elevators were down the whole time, and the ones being used were SUPER busy - all the time of course. The LIBRARY bar was nice to gather, but kinda pricy on drinks because there are alot of 'taxes' added - a 75.00 bar bill, ended up at 96.00 after taxes added (and we tipped too). The room was nice, and clean, and the bed was comfortable, and the area around the facility, seems safe enough and clean (there is a homeless people 'issue' in the main drag area, which is sad, but not at this hotel area. Would I stay here again? Probably not, having to 'walk' or pay for a ride to the main area of town, and the garage 'no' parking situation was not a good idea.
