Beautiful location. The pictures displayed for the room were a little deceiving for what you get. The whole property just seemed a little run down and could do with a good clean/tidy up

A special resort with very friendly staff. The Fijian staff are so obliging and happy. There is quite lack of communication between staff and depts.... A lot of requests and food orders going astray. I did note a lot of ****ing needs to be done. Otherwise always a pleasure to be tucked away at Bunker Bay resort

We love staying at Bunker Bay for some rest and relaxation. The pool area is lovely and we love the breakfast. It suits both families and couples. It can be very expensive so we don’t stay as often as we would like to.

Das Hotel liegt weit weg von der nächsten Stadt was wir richtig gut fanden. Der Service war super gut. All unsere Wünsche wurden erfüllt und wir würden gerne wiederkommen, wenn Australien nicht so weit weg wäre. Die Villen liegen entweder mit Blick auf dem Garten oder auf einen See. Wir hatten eine Villa mit Gartenblick und es war sehr gut. Der Zugang zum Meer ist sehr schön angelegt.

amazing location and nice hotel. but the hotel is clearly very stingy on staff. there is not enough and the ones they have are not at all qualified or experienced to provide the service one would expect for the price and a hotel like this. most of the employees are on working holiday visa and it’s very obvious that they only do this job to make some money and not to make a career, so there is a huge lack of service (can’t really blame the staff, since they simply don’t know better and no one teaches them). we also had no wifi in our room and it took them 3 days to come up with the idea to share the wifi egg that they have…. also several times there was a power outage at the hotel. overall, as nice the location and the hotel is, i would not go back, since the service is at best equivalent to a hostel…

Nice stay however service could be improved.

The resort is situated on a beautiful beach and surrounded by forest. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and nothing is too much trouble. The villas are modern, well equipped, clean and spacious. They are private and quiet. The view from the restaurant is stunning. Will definately be returning.

Clean facilities, helpful joyful staff, could see whales from the beach!

The first night we were there, we requested for the room to be cleaned but our room was not serviced. There’s no dental kit in the room. Had to ask for the dental kits every day. Service is very slow. Room is very basic. Total experience is below expectations as this is an established and well known hotel chain. Some good points: - hotel staffs are very nice, pleasant and friendly. - the hotel has a connecting beach which is great

Had a wonderful tim with a villa next to the lake. Dinning was great.
