Hotel is extremely good, room was cleaned and hygienic and specially hotel staff was very friendly and cooperative banquet and reception staff were very professional.35 rooms were goods the check ins & check outs were very quick.Didnt had to wait.Well co-ordinated.

I had a very wonderful stay at royal orchid Central Grazia,Navi Mumbai.The decor is very good.We stayed their for an engagement ceremony.Check ins very smooth.The front desk team is very efficient to handle the entire 35 rooms group.Keep it up

Stay was extremely good, food was also good hotel staff was cooperative specially Reception staff rajib &Vicky, I’ll recommend this hotel to my friends and family .The swimming pool side area is Just too good .Restaurant at the lobby level looks good.

Nice Stay and Mr Raghu was very helpful in the Restaurant. Stayed for Five Nights and food & stay was Very Good. Would recommend for Business Stay.

Hotel service is excellent and food is very tasty and hospitality of all staff and Mr. Raghu is excellent. Stay was comfortable and good in all ***ner very good ambience in the hotel.

Done an event in the banquet hall for our customers and banquet all and it's layout and organization is good, lift is smaller and need bigger access lift

All was good I come for meeting in board room bood room was really good and buffet was really nice and hotel was reply nice for the meeting and staff was tell nice specials thank to mr sandeep he always take care for the all meeting and during breakfast.al rizwan and nikhil and kaushik

Rooms are good and well maintained staffs are friendly and professional, any small issues get immediately solved by the hotel ***agement. Food is exquisite. Additionaly if some thing special is required chef will prepare and serve. So far good experience in stat

Supportive staff, raghu, sandeep & ***gesh. Food quality was awesome. Every week the members of Our team enjoys meeting here and the quality of food. Service was also good, heigeinic rooms and banquet gives a nice experience and feel... Keep it up

The staff was very courteous and welcoming, especially Narayan, Raghu, Pranav, Sandeep, Vinayak, Sairaj, Nikhil, in housekeeping. Food variety was great, we stayed for 10 days and every day we found non repetitive. The staff was all smiling faces , upcoming, interactive, and inquisitive to know how they can make the stay comfortable.

Mr. Rajib , Mr. Kalpesh are very friendly and very helpful. Always staffs with a smiling face. Good administration. ***ager Ms. Minal and DM. ***ager Mr. Kavil was very supportive throught the stay. Meals and buffet system was very good, Swimming pool and gym ambience was very good.

We had family function ie. Engagement. Please to say food was too good/ awesome, taste and quality. Staff support and hospitality was also very nice. Rooms were bit above average. Mr. Rizwan ***ager was co operative and accommodate our requirements without hesitation. 2 rooms had issues which was immediately changed by front desk without questioning. Banquet hall staff was also helpfull. Overall superb experience. Thanks for making our funtion memorable and without complains from guests 😀

We had engagement ceremony at Royal Orchid. Arrangements was perfectly organised. Excellent support services by Rizwan Mamtule, Ruchika, Rizwan Khan, Koushik. Thank you Team for wonderful suggestions for the ceremony arrangements. Food was very tasty and delicious. Stay was comfortable Our guest were very happy .Over all excellent.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at grazia. I must say that I was extremely disappointed with my overall stay. The room I was assigned was dirty and poorly maintained. The bathroom had mold and a foul odor, making it extremely unpleasant. The bed was uncomfortable and the sheets were stained. The staff at the hotel were unhelpful and unfriendly. Whenever I had a question or concern, they seemed disinterested and unresponsive. The customer service was severely lacking, leaving me feeling neglect
