Very beautiful chalet "Gingembre", 3 storeys. In the district of Les Clèves, 2 km from the centre, in a quiet, sunny position, in a cul-de-sac. Private: garden with lawn. In the house: sauna, hot tub. Motor access to the house, except in winter 500 m (via unmade road, mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking at the house at 500 m. Shop 2 km, supermarket 2 km, restaurant 300 m, bakery 2 km, bus stop "Haute-Nendaz, bif. Le Déserteur" 1.7 km, railway station "Sion" 17.8 km, outdoor swimming pool 3 km. Golf course (18 hole) 20 km, tennis 3 km, gondola lift 2 km, slopes 300 m, children's playground 3 km. Nearby attractions: Domaine des Iles 20 km, Alaïa Bay - Surf Park 17 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Nendaz Tracouet 4 Vallées 500 m. Hiking paths: Bisse Vieux 600 m.
