Our approx. 80 sqm apartment with terrace is located in a one-way street close to and within walking distance of the historic city center of Neustadt.
The apartment consists of a double bedroom and a bedroom with bunk beds; Both rooms naturally have wardrobes. A travel toddler bed with bedding is also available if required.
The modern bathroom has a large shower and washing machine.
Bedding and towels are included.
In the fully equipped open kitchen-dining-living area you can spend nice hours together.
The apartment can be reached via a separate entrance.
A storage space for bicycles is available inside the apartment and on the large terrace.
Free parking is available in front of the apartment or in the immediate vicinity.
Arriving by train is also not a problem; the walk from the train station to the apartment is about 5 minutes. The walk to the old town is 5 minutes.
Hiking trails and mountain bike trails of all levels of difficulty are right outside the door.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett. Die Dachterrasse ist wunderbar. Könnte man auch ein zweites mal buchen.Den Vermietern noch einmal einen herzlichen Dank.

Wirkliche Stadtoase
Sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung war super renoviert. Besonders schön waren die große Wohnküche und die Terrasse, die von großen Pflanzen, z.B. Oleander umgeben war - toll, nicht nur für die Mahlzeiten. In der Küche war alles vorhanden, was man so braucht (Gewürze, sogar Tee und Kaffee u.a.). Das Badezimmer war groß und modern, hatte genügend Steckdosen und Ablage- sowie Aufhängemöglichkeiten; es ist sogar eine Waschmaschine vorhanden. Die ganze Wohnung war liebevoll und durchdacht eingerichtet/gestaltet. Im Schlafzimmer stehen u.a. ein Bett mit einer richtig guten Matratze (evtl. mittlerer Härtegrad) und sogar einem geräumigen Schrank. Super: Unsere Fahrräder konnten wir in einer Garage unterstellen. Die schöne Innenstadt von Neustadt ist ganz nah, mit den Fahrrädern in ca. 2-3 Minuten zu erreichen. Als wir da waren, war es über 40 Grad heiß, die Wohnung hat die Hitze gut draußen gehalten - unser Glück, so konnte man schlafen. Wir bedanken uns ganz herzlich bei der sehr netten Frau Fischer, der das Wohlfühlen der Gäste wichtig ist. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder, wenn wir in der Nähe unterwegs sind.

Empfehlenswert
Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dieser schönen und sehr sauberen Unterkunft genossen. Die Lage ist perfekt als Startpunkt für Fahrradtouren und Wanderungen sowie Restaurantbesuche in der Innenstadt. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und der Weinkeller gut bestückt. Jederzeit gerne wieder

Gute saubere Wohnung
Leider haben wir keinen Sommer, so war es in der Altbauwohnung sehr kalt. Die Gastgeber haben auf unsere Bitte nach der Heizung sofort reagiert und diese angeschaltet. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön mit viel Liebe eingerichtet.
Klare Empfehlung unserer seits.

Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet. Alles war pickobello sauber. Die Terrasse gut zu nutzen. Treppensteigen muss man können. War aber auch so angegeben.
Die Nähe zu City war sehr gut. Direkt in Bahnhof-Nähe, obwohl davon nichts zu hören war. Fußläufig 10-15 Minuten bis zu den Geschäften und Lokalen. Von hieraus wunderbar die Umgegend kennengelernt. Vermieter sehr nett und mit Rat und Tat zur Stelle, wenn man möchte.

Perfekter Pfalz-Urlaub
Neustadt an der Weinstraße ist ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen im Pfälzerwald.
Die gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung wirklich eine Oase mit sehr netten und unkomplizierten Vermietern.
Der Weinkeller klasse bestückt und alles sehr sauber.
