Sporthotel Neustift

We had booked this hotel for a 5 night break. We loved everything about the hotel - very friendly staff, a lovely room, great breakfast, decent sized pool. We were really lucky with the weather and the hotel was well situated for lots of different walks, making use of the Stubaital pass for cable cars, buses and the train which runs between Fulpmes and Innsbruck. We didn’t want to eat in the hotel at night as we like to try different restaurants, and there were enough in the village for us to be able to eat somewhere different each evening. The hotel is really easy to access without a car, as there is a regular bus service from Innsbruck.

We booked this hotel for skiing in the Stubai. Very nice wellness, delicious restaurant, comfortable and clean room and very very friendly staff. Everything was excellent - we had a litle problem with openig time in buffet - in Booking they advertise opening time till 5.00pm. When we arrived after skiing in 4.30pm the buffet was closed - and nice personal resolved this misunderstanding immediately and we were served. Thank you!

A wonderful hotel, in Tyrolean style, beautifully decorated, with very welcoming people and focused on the customer's needs, clean and spacious rooms and a Spa with everything you need. As a recommendation, the water in the pools seemed a bit colder than we would have needed after a whole day of skiing (both indoor and outdoor pools), and access to the Spa without clothes should not be be a mandatory condition (however, I noticed that it is not fully respected :)). However, we felt very well and the food was delicious!

Had a super week with a mixed generation group varying between age 6 and 70’s. The accommodation was excellent with very friendly and helpful staff. Food was top notch, with a good variety each evening. The hotel has shuttle buses to the glacier which were very efficient. Pool and spa area were superb. Highly recommend this beautiful and family run hotel. Thank you!

Wir haben hier zum zweiten Mal einen wirklich tollen Urlaub verbracht. Es gab nichts zu bemängeln: Essen, Zimmer, Service, Wellnessbereich alles top. Besonders zu erwähnen ist die tolle Küche die es uns trotz Zöliakie ermöglicht hat stressfrei das Essen zu genießen, für alle Betroffenen eine wirkliche Empfehlung!

Vorweg: 4,5 Punkte wären angemessen, es waren aber alle sehr freundlich (bis auf eine Rezeptionsdame der Nachtschicht der alles zu lästig war 😉), daher 5. Frühstück war toll und bis auf die Musikauswahl und das es für uns zu warm war gibt es keine Kritikpunkte. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und auch sonst waren alle Mitarbeitenden sehr nett. Zur Suite (Turm). Alles im Tiroler-Style, geht grundsätzlich in Ordnung. Die Toilettenbeleuchtung könnte mal ausgetauscht werden. Eine Matratze wurde auf Nachfrage direkt gegen eine weichere getauscht - super. Ich hätte mir noch eine Kaffeemaschine oder wenigstens einen Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer gewünscht, sollte in einer Suite in einem 4,5 S Hotel schon zum Standard gehören. Die kleine Flasche Rotwein auf dem Zimmer war wiederum viel zu teuer. Bei Musik in der Bar war die Suite im 1.OG leider sehr hellhörig. Der Saunataschen-Fauxpas kann passieren und wurde hoffentlich an alle zur späteren Vermeidung weitergegeben. Der Saunabereich ist sensationell, der Außenwhirlpool und die Außenanlagen laden zur Entspannung ein. Absolutes Highlight: die Massagen. Hier war mit Abstand das beste Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Wir waren alle begeistert. Die Damen waren alle sehr kompetent und wussten was sie machen. Wir hatten insgesamt eine gute Zeit und danken allen Mitarbeiter*innen. (Letzter Hinweis: die Getränkepreise an der Bar sind schon etwas zu hoch. Wäre es etwas günstiger gewesen, hätten wir sicherlich noch das ein oder andere Getränk mehr zu uns genommen)
