Three sitting chairs fold into separate single beds to sleep a total of five in the master suite. Bedroom 2 (sleeps 4): Queen size beds x 2. Access to hall bathroom, shower/bathtub combo, ceiling fan, electric fire place, private access to lower level gardens and seating. Two per queen combines to sleep 4 in bedroom 2. Bedroom 3 (sleeps 2 + child): Full size bed with trundle and permanent crib. Access to hall bathroom. Twin and trundle combined to sleep 2 in bedroom 3, with a baby/toddler in the crib that makes 3. Bedroom 4 (sleeps 13): Twin queen bunk beds each with a trundle, combined with twin bunk beds and trundle, ceiling fan, access to hall bathroom, billiard room. Private access to lower level garden. Combined all bunks and trundles, 13 can be accommodated in bedroom 4. Additional beds (sleeps 6 more) : Piano room couch lays into queen with two other sitting chairs folding into singles to sleep 4 more. Office: a sittting chair lays flat into a single in the office alcove. Landing: a couch lays flat into a queen at the bottom of stairs landing.
