We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. We were pretty shocked by their cleanliness level in the rooms. When we checked in at night after a long flight, there were no toilet rolls, no towels and no hot water. The linens and blankets were dusty and looks like they have not changed the sheets for some time. We were very mad and requested for a new room with all the above amenities provided. They changed us to another room after that with the same level of cleanliness. On top of that, they do not respect guests privacy here. Even though we put the do not disturb sign on, the housekeeping guys will still enter the room or knock on the doors several times. Me and my husband was almost interrupted everyday. Even after we say do not clean the room, they will still enter. So please be safe with your valuables. Their safe doesn’t work well as well.

The hotel staff were kind. The hotel is very close to the train station which is a perk. The only downside to the hotel was area. I would not recommend it if you are “only women” staying in this area.

โรงแรมอยู่ในโซนใจกลางเมือง ห่างจากสถานีรถไฟและสถานี MRT ไม่มาก ตัวโรงแรมตั้งอยู่ในซอยแยกจากถนนใหญ่ไปนิดเดียว ทำให้ไม่จอแจ และเป็นส่วนตัวมากขึ้น มีร้านค้าอยู่ใกล้เคียงหลายร้าน บริการในโรงแรมดี มีครบทุกอย่าง ทั้ง แอร์คอนดิชั่น ไดร์เป่าผม ตู้เย็น กาน้ำร้อน มี room service ที่ราคาไม่แพง และมีเมนูหลากหลาย รสชาดใช้ได้ มีอาหารเช้าให้บริหารทั้งอาหารอินเดียและอาหารเช้าแบบฝรั่ง ภายในโรงแรมเหมือนเพิ่งปรับปรุงทาสีใหม่ แต่เครื่องใช้จำพวก เครื่องนอน ผ้าเช็ดตัว ออกจะเก่าอยู่ซักหน่อย ความสะอาดภายในห้องพัก กลางๆ พื้นห้องเป็นไม้ ให้ความรู่สึกเหมือนมีฝุ่นที่พื้นอยู่บ้าง ห้องน้ำสะอาดพอใช้ได้ ภายนอกห้องพัก ก็สะอาดใช้ได้ แสงสว่างดีค่ะ คุ้มค่ากับราคาสำหรับพักค้างคืน ก่อนเดินทางต่อ

ニューディリー駅前、メインバザールの入り口で立地条件は抜群です。 近辺の観光地も近いです。 メインバザール、旧市街を味わいたい方のみでリゾートではありません。 室内、朝食等コストパフォーマンスは良いです。 スタッフも気持ちよく接してくれ、特に玄関ガードマンは人優しい人でした。 残念ことは一つ、フロントで両替レートはいいですよ・・・と信じて両替。 翌日、近くの両替所の方がはるかに良かったです。残念でした。
