You will love it because of the ambiance and thought we took in making this space for you to enjoy. Gorgeous, newly renovated with all new furnishings, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen includes granite countertops, microwave, full size refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:No gatherings, get-togethers, etc. If you are inviting people over, it's not allowed.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.No smoking in the property. We stayed during Essence Festival. This house was able to accommodate 7 adults comfortably! We didn’t realize we need an early check in for one of our guests but Ms. Monique made it happen with no problem! She was so nice and quickly answered all of my questions without hesitation. I have been to New Orleans many times but never got to use the street car and it was just our luck it was literally up the street! We never moved our car until it was time to go! Great locationgreat hostgood time!!!

Weekend game getaway!
Property was perfect location for a quick walk to the rail car to get anywhere we wanted to go for the weekend. The property had everything we needed for the weekend! It was an easy short walk to a convenient mart to get drinks and snacks as well. Monique was easy to work with in us arriving early. Floors could use a little deep cleaning, but overall a great place to stay for location, price, and to have all of us together!

Great Spot!
We enjoyed our stay, it was super close to the trolly line so we parked and didn't move our vehicles for four days, which is a wonderful thing with all the New Orleans traffic.

Essence Stay
The area was okay. Location from main attractions was okay, average. I was not completely satisfied with the stay but the host was nice and handled some of my additional needs for towels etc. Overall it was okay.

Loved the property
Host was responsive and very accommodating. Rooms were comfortable and location had easy access to downtown via Uber. Area felt very safe.

Very responsive, convenient location.
Monique the property manager was so easy to work with, and responded quickly. There were a few issues, and she fixed them fast. She even had a new couch delivered since the one that was there fell to the floor when sat on. The only thing is the floors. They are laminate and broken in many places. Before you rent it, make sure you are ok with that, and hopefully those will get fixed. It was close to the trolley and Whole Foods isn't far. Would stay again.

Place was exactly what we needed. Great location near trolley line and or an easy walk back.
Was easy to communicate with the property manager and they were willing to work with our early arrival. Great spot for a group to have a home base as everyone explores the city. Would stay here again on future trips.
