Sheraton New Orleans Hotel

great service. rooms were clean however could be updated.

The hotel was great! I was disappointed that I was charge an extra $10 per day due to the size of my vehicle. That should not matter because it was still placed in a standard size parking spot.

The hotel itself is fine and the location is excellent, but we had several awful service experiences. First, the king bed room we booked was not available when we check in, so they put us in a double bed room and said they would move us the next day. Then when we went to the front desk to move to our new room, the person at the front desk was not friendly and was taking so long to handle our situation. We were worried we would be late for our tour, so we asked if we could leave and they could move our luggage to the new room. She said no, we can't change rooms until we are ready to move the luggage ourselves, and that our luggage would stay in the old room. When we came back later that day, they moved us to our new room but our luggage was not in our old room or the new room! We were so worried they lost our luggage. Finally they figured out that they moved our luggage to a 3rd room, and they tried to blame us for it. All of these interactions took a long time because the front desk was so slow and the line was long. After all that trouble, they only gave us a meager $25 credit as an apology. Lastly, we accidentally left a small pouch of personal items in our first room and when we told them about this, they made no effort to try and find it. When we checked out, we also left a souvenir we had bought in the room accidentally. We tried calling the hotel to see if they could find the missing item and ship it to us. We waited on hold for a long time before the front desk transferred us to the wrong place, the automated reservations agent. So frustrating! It is clear the staff there do not communicate between shifts or departments and just don't care about treating their guests well. Simple things like contacting the lost and found about a missing item should not be this difficult. The only good staff interactions we had were with the interns who were there on a training program. Also the wifi is not free. How are big hotels like this getting away with charging for wifi in 2025? Tl;dr: staff are not helpful at all, their communication is awful. Wifi not free

The hotel was nice convenience was great everything was within walking distance but what I didn't like was the paying for parking if I'm already staying.

I would like to tell you guys this hotel so crazy. They did service so bad, I booked a king bed room for 2 nights from App then I checked in they told me that they didn't have King bed room right now so I waited to follow them 2 hours and came back to receive my room. That's a double bed room 🤦♀️. They promised to me that is going to change a king bed room tomorrow but they didn't change anything. I still used that room till I checked it out. I felt like they was lying to me when they was serving. They just prioritize customers who book rooms via their website. But that's not fair. I didn't know anything about this hotel without app so how can I book from their website. That's stupid service. This hotel is only worth 2 stars.

Awfully dim room, with a tiny window. Security guard in the lobby was extremely ****** and stopped me from entering because they assumed I was a food delivery person (as I had a takeout bag on me), while my other friends (white people) who also had the same takeout bag weren’t stopped. Front desk was not friendly at all. Awful!!!

Amazing view from the highest floor. Staff are professional, friendly and helpful.

美國的房間都大，這個房間跟國內比已經很大了。住在44層，就是上電梯的時候，需要現在一樓按樓層，進入電梯後是不可以按要去幾樓的。所處位置對於去convention center去開會，或者去French Quarter都很友好。
