You can tell a lot about the quality of service when something goes wrong, and in this case, it did. The hot water system failed, and the way the staff handled it was great. It was fixed within a few hours, and partial refunds were offered before I even needed to request one. Otherwise, a perfect trip

比周圍的其他酒店便宜不少,位置也方便,走路十分鐘左右就能到canal street。性價比很高,設施很好很漂亮。二樓的lounge很適合學習辦公。

First, I want to give a heads up to anyone reading this, the Troubadour is no longer a part of the Hilton Tapestry Collection or Hilton at all for that matter so you will no longer be able to book through them. I had a reservation scheduled for July 2025 (previously stayed in July 2024) and it was canceled. As to my stay, overall, we had a great time. My friends and I stayed here during Essence Festival and enjoyed ourselves. I will share a few of the negatives as it may be relevant for those considering a stay here. The bad: Breakfast: It's great IF you're able to manage the wait time to get it. Service was crazy slow and sometimes, not very pleasant. The staff seemed annoyed 99% of the time and honestly, if I was one of 2 people having to serve a restaurant full of individuals, I'd probably be annoyed too. They were absolutely understaffed. We ended up getting stuff they didn't have to cook (bagel and fruit) so that I could apply my Honors Member credit. The lock on my door malfunctioned daily so I had to get the staff to come up and change the battery several times. I'm not sure why it wasn't a one and done situation but unfortunately it wasn't. The rooftop bar closes for private events without any notice or with very short notice. Thankfully we were able to get in on one of the four days we were there. The rooms are small. On the contrary, the bathroom itself was actually very big. We were very grateful for that with four girls. The good: Walking distance to the Superdome so we did not have to deal with any of the traffic coming from the concerts. It was great to leave and just walk back to our room. We also walked to the convention center (about 25-30 minutes) but we're all walkers so it was fine for us. The beds were super comfortable (queens and not doubles which was also great). Staff was excellent. Outside of the restaurant, everyone else was pleasant. Applying my credit to the small convenient store was easy. We were snacked up the entire stay. If you can get into the rooftop bar, it's lovely. Great views and environment. Overall, under Hilton, I would have stayed here again because of the daily food and beverage credit, the early and late checkins, and the other discounts I receive. Honestly not sure if I would stay here without the perks.

Fran and Tranisha Was Wonderful staff at the listening room . Tranisha Made our trip wonderful with all the recommendations. the experience was spectacular if your ever in New Orleans stay at the troubadour and go to the listening room an ask for Tranisha or Fran

Hilton Honors member. Very much disappointed in the overall experience. Hotel amenities are outdated, and way pass due for repairs and updates. Staff and service was for the most part adequate, but they were continually understaffed for the weekend we were there. I was repeatedly told that services or features advertised before booking were unavailable due to staffing shortages. ( Valet parking extra-long waits for your car pickup, even after using the online app provided by hotel 25-to-45-minute waits, Bar/ Restuarant service extremely slow and subpar) Room not stocked with soap or towels at check-in. (They eventually brought us some towel and soaps). Desk clerks not very helpful due to their limited authority to make decisions to resolve issues or problems. I was told there was no weekend manager on duty - I was also told to if I wanted to speak with a manager I should checkback on the following Monday. If I could give them less that one star I would. First and last time staying there.

The hotel is about 3 blocks from the French Quarter. There are very few amenities at the hotel. The complimentary coffee is removed at 10:00 am. The rooms are small. They are doing construction directly outside the building, and astecically, the area isn't pleasing. On the plus side, the hotel is quiet.

I should have known from the start that this was not going to be a good experience. The valet guy seemed really put out that I asked him to park my car. Then I'm told that downstairs bar will not open till 5:00. No problem, but when I came back at 5, it still wasn't open and somebody told me it's not going to open at all. OK, pivot, I decided to go to the rooftop bar, but then I'm told it's closed for a private party. So I head to my room and I called down for a wake up call as a back up to my cell phone alarm. The next morning, no wake up call came, but my own alarm woke me up. Then I text down to valet that I need my car. I went downstairs 15 minutes later and no car and no valet person. 10 minutes later, this young girl comes walking up, clearly looking like she just woke up, and I ask her if she is valet. She doesn't even look at me, doesn't respond at all, and suddenly I get a text saying my car will be there in 10 to 15 minutes. So, over 30 minutes for my car and I nearly missed my appointment. I will say this, though, my room was very nice and, other than the valet staff, everyone else was pleasant. Still, I can't recommend this property.

The Troubadour Hotel definitely gives you a New Orleans Culture Experience. It’s located a few blocks from Bourbon so you can walk anytime you want. LaNathaniel at the front desk is GREAT. He goes above and beyond to provide excellent customer service and makes sure your stay is amazing . A couple things that are needed in the rooms is a microwave and a full body mirror. Other than those two things I give this hotel a 4/5 stars. I highly recommend it.

Very midcentury modern, which is what we like. Friendly staff, phenomenal location for walking distance. We've stayed here twice and have loved it. There's a restaurant, a bar, an area to get snacks and drinks, and a small area to hold your luggage. It's simple, smaller, but does the perfect trick.

Very very impressive hotel and the best thing you can say is if I visit New Orleans again I would stay here again. Quick and easy check in process with a chap smiling and helpful. Rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed. Location is perfect and completely safe. Only minor downside the breakfast wasn’t great ( paid for) don’t get me wrong what we had was nice , but they didn’t have more than they did on the menu.

Some good, some could have been better. The bathroom was huge, with hot and strong water; our king bed was very comfortable. Our room was clean but do not understand why the cleaning staff did not vacuum the hallway when it needed it. Staff goes above and beyond and gave us a 14th floor room. Roof top bar was lovely. Some people mention the elevator slow and we only experienced that when the cleaning staff was starting for the day. Now the "could have been better": European style room, very small, hardly any outlets and drawers, tall table which is very uncomfortable to sit and relax at. It was a bit farther away from the french quarter and we stayed at the Hampton Inn last time which I thought was a better overall value. Would we stay here again - probably not.

I would never stay here again. The sheets smelled and had what appeared to be blood stains on them (see attached photo), the toilet leaked, the safe did not work. The coffee maker only worked if you held the part where the coffee pod goes in. I complained to the front desk, and although they were polite, nothing was done. From reading other reviews I clearly am not the only one that had the same issues. Hilton should be embarrassed to have their name on this hotel.

Room: reasonably in good condition , some paint peeling from the walls in the bathroom and some other similar small issues. Rooms are clean. Front desk is extremely nice and helpful (shout-out to Joy). Breakfast and restaurant: food is okay, service is horrid. Gave us a feeling they didn't want us there. One morning breakfast was delayed so we lost our 30 credit for that day. We ended up not going for breakfast after that. The lobby has a too strong and offensive smell (one of those they do on purpose), it would be nice if they just replace it with something more subtle. Overall the hotel served it's purpose, but in hindsight I could have done better.
