Отель на горе, без авто туда пожилому человеку будет сложно добраться, да и выбраться тоже. Но можно заказать трансфер. Неплохой ресторанчик, красивые виды, если окна номера на долину. В целом чистенько, но неплохо бы сделать косметический ремонт в номерах. Из очевидных плюсов: вода из термальных источников - прямо в номере.

Excellent stay! Beautiful view of the mountains with a calm morning to enjoy if you wish. The walk to the hotel was also enjoyable (although long). But if walking isn't big on your todo list, then you can request transportation. Service was wonderful. The hotel held our luggage after checkout and even transported it to the bus station for a small fee (100ntd at the time). Also, they gave great suggestions about how best to enjoy the attractions. They even drove us from the hotel to the waterfall and cable, saving precoius time. One minor issue was with the wifi not working. Other than that, a great stay!

Visited this onsen hotel because of the view , too bad that the weather was too cold and we cannot enjoy the balcony , nevertheless the view from the hot tub was magnificent , we had a great time enjoying the hot bath with the cold weather . Hotel stay comes with complimentary breakfast and we ordered the hot pot in the first night. The walk the old town is easy with beautiful scenery .

Good stay here with the beauty garden hotel, staff are nice.

This was the worst hotel we stayed at during our trip to Taiwan, without exception. The walls were peeling and mouldy, and the bedding was very poor. The place is extremely outdated and urgently needs renovation. Even the nearest small convenience store is a 10 minutes walk away.

nice hotel, hotspring bath was excellent - one with hot and one with cold water. the view from the balcony was great. after hotspring, we sit on the balcony to drink hot tea and enjoy the view. at night, there are many birds making sound and it was so pleasant to hear it, cannot have the same in the city. the experience was excellent! the breakfast was so-so. the rest was great!

Good place and view, the location is on the other mountain side but have pick-up service from the main station.

Check in is at 16:00, fen at reception upgraded our room to a Mountain View, room was clean, it was a good size with 2 tubs (cold & hot) , had a balcony & a small fridge, a little bit far from old town wulai but they have a shuttle that can take you for ntd 150/way, staff was really helpful and very hospitable, they definitely go the extra mile to accommodate your needs and requests, thank you to Ling & Fen, you guys made our stay extra comfortable.

The facilities were very good, with two large bathtubs and a nice shower. The view of the mountains and the old town was beautiful. The breakfast was very comprehensive with both Western and Asian style breakfast available.

The room itself was great - clean, big hot tub, great view and balcony. A little hard to get to and from the town without driving, hotel felt a little rundown, but not the room at all.

酒店位置在半山上，由公交車行上如需要步行要行30分鐘路程而位置亦較隱蔽，如需便利店往需15分鐘路程當晚住宿的房間較老舊，所以我覺感覺較一般.有部份房間景觀較佳，但需要價錢比我住的多台幣$700

服務親切 中間因為住宿需求 來回聯繫多次 服務人員態度依舊很nice! 房間寬敞乾淨 晚上夜景也很有fu 只可惜隔音相當差 隔壁音樂震天作響 完全聽得到🤣
