Выезд сразу после заселения. Весь процесс не займет более 20 минут. Я был в шоке от чистоты с того момента, как вошел в вестибюль. Прямо перед дверью в вестибюль опрокинули чашку липкого кофе, и никто ее не чистил, пока я не ушел. Пол такой же, как и в подвале, без света, темно и обшарпанно. На матрасе, потолке и ковре в комнате были большие пятна, а постельное белье было повреждено и имело черные пятна. Окна не были заперты, в комнате вообще не было освещения, свет был разбит. Это полностью отличается от фотографий Ctrip. Вы можете проверить обзор Google, прежде чем решить, бронировать ли. В конце прошлого года в этом отеле завелись клопы, и гигиена вызывала беспокойство. После того, как я оставил отзыв на стойке регистрации внизу, я отказался зарегистрироваться. Отель не вернул мне деньги, и это было совершенно нормально, я просто хотел уйти отсюда как можно скорее.

Удобства немного старые. И оно немного узкое. Расположение такое, что вы можете легко дойти до Таймс-сквер, а в окрестностях не так многолюдно. Также имеется микроволновая печь, кофемашина и холодильник. Завтрак нормальный, если вы не ожидаете многого.
We recently stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The staff was so professional and friendly - pand received by far the best customer service I have experienced anywhere when staying in NYC. The location was great, in the flower district, close to subways, Herald Square, Penn Station, etc. Our room was clean but very, very worn. Our curtains were torn, bedding was old and discolored, the carpet was stained, the ironing board did not have any cover or padding so was useless. The bathroom, in stark contrast, appeared to have been recently renovated. There was scaffolding at the front of the building so perhaps it is undergoing major renovations? I will give this hotel 4 stars due to the excellent customer service and location, as for the physical state of the rooms, Hilton can do better!

Fantastic location with good facilities. We had a room with two queen beds, refrigerator (large), and a microwave. Like a studio apartment. The staff was very professional, and very friendly. The breakfast buffet was not very healthy, difficult to find good nutrotious food . However, the staff brought gluten free products upon request. Pineapples and scrambled eggs - and lovely smiles from the staff brought me through the day.

The absolutely worst customer service. The first room we got had a loud rattling AC unit. The next rooms AC wasn’t working at all. They said they called the engineer and he never came. It took over 2 hours to get a refund so we could leave. The hotel is run down. The elevator makes a horrible sound. The rooms are old and smell. Do not stay here. The manager on duty was rude and made me wait forever. They have something to learn from other hiltons. This one sucks. Let me say the woman at the front desk was very nice and offered me water while I waited and waited.

When I 1st arrived to my room the toilet had Urine in it and the bed looked like someone slept on top of it and the bathroom ceiling had peeling paint. I work in a service industry so I more than understand things happen . I just wanted them aware and wanted my room moved. The front desk clerk was sincerely apologetic and embarrassed. She then took my phone into a back office to show the manager ( Who never came out to see or say anything to me personally. They left it up to the front clerk. She then move my room and I planned on moving on. I then received a call from someone asking if my new room was OK ect and I said yes. They then apologized and said they would give me some points for the inconvenience. I believe 30k. Again I was not looking for anything and did not ask. I stay enough in hilton it was not really a shocking amount of points. I stay about 100 nights a year. I said thank you and moved on. Well here it is 1 week later and I never received ylthe points. Again I never asked they offered. Remember in the service industry we are only as good as our word.

This is by far the worst hotel I have been to in the past year. You can see from the photos: black mold in the bathroom, stained carpet, dirty walls and human hair everywhere. The beds were sagging, and the air conditioning did not work. The lobby restrooms had not been cleaned in years. The front desk did not care about the issues in our room - despite having photos - they just asked if we used anything in the room. We decided to leave and went to a competitor a few steps away which was absolutely spotless and updated.

This hotel is absolutely the worst Hilton property I have ever stayed at. The entire place is completely run down and filthy. The air conditioner in my room sounded like a diesel engine. The Hilton brand should be embarrassed to have this property in there portfolio. I actually left a day early and paid because very rude front desk clerk told me I couldn’t check out a day early it was past the 24 hr window. I relocated to the Moxy which is right next to it. Be warned stay at the Moxy.

I normally stay at the mainline Hilton two blocks away, but thought I would give this location a try this time. I fully realize these are different concepts and cater to different market segments; however, I think some of the Hilton hospitality is missing here. I have stayed at other Hilton Gardens before. This is an average mid range hotel that is starting to show its age. The AC was very noisy throughout the stay. Walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors. The beds have more than a few miles on them, so I would hope they would be rotated out with new soon. The front desk was welcoming and pleasant when I arrived, but after that you really are not acknowledged by the staff. The location is great since the 28th st subway station is on the same block and is a quick walk to Penn Station. There are several mid range hotels on this same block. Overall, it was ok. I think it needs some tlc and some attention from Hilton corporate. Not the same experience I’ve had at other Hilton Garden.

I'm more than a little suspicious about all the reviews talking about how great specific staff members are by name. Did these employees or their friends write the reviews? The hotel was OK. By NYC standards the room was an OK size for 2 people for 1 or 2 nights. I would have found it depressing to stay longer. Most of the room was in good condition. But the tub was a mess with chipped off paint everywhere and the walls were marked up in some places. Our room was on the 3rd floor so it had no view but it was quiet because it didn't face the street.
