Soho Garden Hotel New York

I had an emergency. While I was not in the room between 8:30-9:00 AM (I was leaving for coffee for half an hour), someone broke into my room / when I came back I saw things lying in the hallway - it was my things - there was a mess in the room, someone opened and gutted my suitcase. The thing that disappeared was the cryptocurrency wallet, I went to the reception, but I was just ridiculed and eventually refused to provide video from surveillance cameras

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Great location with easy access to subway. The rooms are small but it's NYC so thats to be expected, especially for the price. Stayed here with 4 kdis and loved it. Would definitely stay again.

Had a confirmed booking with SoHo Garden (Through another booking website) Was just informed today that SoHo Garden canceled my reservation, a week before I was to stay there. Never heard of such a thing. No explanation give, just an announcement saying you are canceled.

I had booked a stay here in early June 2021. When I arrived at the hotel, the door to the building was inaccessible, blocked by a winter-style wind guard that they have outside building entrances in the winter, and that was locked. I was unable to reach any other door, or phone number with a human being, there was simply no way to access my building so I had to scramble to find other accommodations for the weekend at an additional cost. The hotel has accepted zero responsibility for this predicament and is now fighting me to continue to charge me for staying in their inaccessible building. There is still no way to talk to a human being at the hotel - try yourself. I would have loved to stay here. Unfortunately, this hotel spectacularly failed to provide the services paid for.

Aucune réponse à mes demandes de remboursement depuis mon annulation en juillet . Multiples mails de relance avec au début des messages me demandant d’être patiente puis plus rien . Procédure en cours avec la plate-forme de réservation qui tente à son tour d’obtenir le remboursement. A fuir

附近有多家清真小攤,還有麥當勞,星巴克和早7點開晚11點關的商店 運河聖站出口就在酒店旁邊……但運河站有很多出口……最好坐火車過來,然後在霍華德海灘站換乘,然後從通往公路的出口出站,再往前走幾分鐘就到酒店了。 在網上預訂房間有折扣,很實惠,尤其對像我們這樣的旅客來説,真心不錯。我們的房間是801,有點小,沒有衣櫃,牆上也沒有掛鈎,不能掛衣服……房間很乾凈。每天都打掃房間。床很舒適,可能在紐約逛的太累了,都沒有聽到街上的動靜就睡著了。 登記入住的時候,是一個沒禮貌的小夥子接待的,第二天,換成了一個陽光温暖的小夥子,臉上一直掛着笑容,希望所有的員工都能像他一樣。 房間裏的wifi很好連上……附近有很多賣清真食品的小攤,不過我們習慣在店裡買,看起來更乾淨些。

Somos una pareja que estuvimos en SOHO GARDEN HOTEL en NUEVA YORK durante 4 noches, por un precio total de 954 euros en habitación doble con baño dentro de la habitación. El hotel se encuentra ubicado a 2 minutos andando de la parada de metro de Canal Street, lo que hace muy fácil encontrarlo a la llegada, ya que desde el aeropuerto de JFK cogimos el metro directo a esta parada. Además, esta ubicación hace muy sencillo moverse por Nueva York, ya que llegas bastante rápido en metro a cualquier zona ya que en las paradas de alrededor están las líneas N, Q, R, W, 5, 6, J y Z. La zona del hotel es una zona con mucho movimiento de día y tranquila por la noche. Puede parecer una zona insegura en algunos tramos, pero la verdad es que nos sentimos tranquilos en todo momento, tanto de día como de noche. El hotel está bastante bien cuidado. Teníamos miedo por las opiniones que se suelen leer de los hoteles de nueva york en comparación con los de españa, pero la verdad es que en este caso la habitación y el baño estaban limpios y el hotel bastante cuidado. La habitación disponía de baño completo con ducha. No hay opción de desayuno pero, justo al lado del hotel hay una cafetería que sirve unos desayunos buenísimos. Además, enfrente del hotel está Canal Street Market donde puedes cenar y tienes distintas opciones de locales a elegir ya que está formado por distintos espacios con distintas ofertas en alimentación. La recepción siempre estaba atendida. El personal que nos encontramos fueron relativamente amables en todo momento, respondiendo a lo que les preguntamos y ayudándonos siempre que nos hizo falta (eso si, en inglés). El día de vuelta queríamos dejar las maletas en el hotel y nos las guardaron sin ningún problema. Las habitaciones disponen de televisión gratuita. Nuestra habitación daba a Canal Street y, si tienes el sueño ligero, la verdad es que se oye bastante el ruido de los coches, pero en nuestro caso no nos resultó molesto. En general, la habitación, la situación y el precio nos han parecido buenos para poder alojarnos en Nueva York. Está claro que, con baño compartido y en zonas más alejadas, se pueden encontrar precios mejores pero, si te quieres alojar en Manhattan, con baño y una calidad aceptable, esto es de lo más barato que puedes encontrar. Esperamos que sea útil nuestra opinión, ya que es totalmente sincera sobre lo que hemos vivido. Nos parece recomendable este hotel para la ciudad de Nueva York, no es una maravilla pero es una buena opción.
