I stayed at the hotel on December 18-19.2023. In addition to paying for the room, I paid a guarantee of 100 €. It's been 3 weeks and I still haven't gotten my money back! Terrible service. No reponse to emails or phone calls.

We had a reservation for this hotel booked well in advance, without advance payment. Nearer the trip, the hotel started to complain about my credit card, stating that the verification doesn't go through. The hotel wouldn't take another card for the reservation and ended up cancelling the whole thing. My card worked in four other French cities during my trip, and also in every place in Nice. I checked with my bank and there are no logs about this place ever actually trying to verify the card. As the room prices had almost doubled between the initial reservation and the verification deadline, I am thinking this was a price pump scam to get better price for the same room.

We stayed for 2 nights (2 adults + 1 kid) Positives: Walking distance from Nice Ville Lot of supermarkets and discount stores nearby Staff was courteous to give us hot water kettle. However when we requested for our room to be cleaned, we were repeatedly told that the cleaning lady (only one I understand) is busy making other rooms and is not free. Ultimately the room was cleaned at 5:00pm which was not a pleasant experience. Negatives: Very very basic hotel. Not at all fancy. Very small rooms, small washrooms, no lifts, cramped staircases and corridors. There was hardly any air circulation. Some of the washroom fittings (WC/basin) were also broken. Quite far (2.5km / 30 mins walk) from Old Town Nice where all the action in the night is. Around the hotel, most things shut by 8pm itself so nothing much to do. During our visit there was some renovation work going on hence even the dining area was not operational

Ottima posizione, prezzo ok rispetto ai prezzi molto cari che trovi in giro a Nizza, Receptionist attento e simpatico, servizio pulizia ok, anche se un telo bagno in più sarebbe comodo e non solo uno è solo chiedendo lo abbiamo ottenuto, moquette non bellissima, stanza piccola e bagno piccolissimo e non al top

Hôtel médiocre et sale, de l'accueil à la chambre en passant par les parties communes. Traces d'humidité / moisissures au plafond, moquette non nettoyée, tachée, arrachée. Chambre glauque, traces de moisissure dans la douche approximativement nettoyée, impossible de fermer la fenêtre de la salle bain, le bois ayant gonflé avec l'humidité. Traces noires sur les murs, scotch au sol pour tenir le parquet... Quant au lit, le drap housse était bien présent, mais le reste... coussins froissés, drap plié en 4 au bord du lit. Prestations très limites pour une chambre à 90euros la nuit. Les photos présentées sur internet sont loin d'être le reflet de la réalité. À fuir.

Bonjour, cela fait 2 semaines que je suis dans cet hôtel et je n’ai pas un bon avis. A l’arrivée rien ne m’a était expliqué, on m’a simplement remis la clef de la chambre, alors que des parties communes sont à disposition avec micro-onde ect, mais cela reste encore floue en ce qui concerne leur utilisation, de plus je dois jeter moi même ma poubelle. Les femmes de chambre sont inexistantes, des odeurs dégoûtantes proviennent de la d’eau, évacuations de douche et Wc bouché, et présence de blattes, vole provision et briquet. La tringle du rideau est tombée sur moi depuis quelques jours je l’ai signalé mais personne n’est venu la refixer, absence de volets…
