This unit includes a separate bedroom instead of a studio bedroom space. Roku television and internet is provided. At Stripers Landing you'll find a junior Olympic size pool, a kiddy pool, picnic table area with charcoal grills, the covered pavilion beside the pool has gas grills, bathrooms and there's an ice machine located between the pavilion and the pool. Pool hours and availability vary by season. The key fob provided will allow access to the pool and the boat ramp. Additional parking for boat owners. Shops, restaurants, a movie theater, and a public beach area are just a short drive away. The unit also includes a serviceable "house guitar" for guests who enjoy playing. *** Please note: We do not have a boat slip, though there is parking for the boat and trailer and easy access to the dock.
