The villa is located in the American Embassy area, known for its tranquility, security, and easy access to public transportation, shopping centers, and dining options.
It consists of: five wide bedrooms equipped with the finest equipment and four modern bathrooms, in addition to two external rooms and an external bathroom for use when needed.
It also includes a modern dining room, a living room, a sitting room, and a spacious lobby that has seating areas. It also has an equipped office.
Private outdoor space: overlooking a swimming pool in which we took care of its shape and placement, in addition to the flowered garden for your exclusive use, ideal for relaxing or dining outdoors.
