Very nice room and very clean. Plenty of space to open a suitcase. Very comfortable bed and pillows for a great sleep. Hot shower with strong pressure. Great toiletry brand. Easy check in. You might need your adapter plug though. The sockets are Australian type.

The Pullman Brisbane Airport was the hotel of choice due to its easy access to the terminals as we had an early flight out the next day. It was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful making the check in and check out process smooth. Even helping us with our luggage to the shuttle bus.

Good facilities, close to the airport. I personally think the Ibis next door could be a better and cheaper alternative for families.

Caring staff-hotel in an okay location. Worth it for me to stopover on route to Vancouver BC Canada after flying from Hobart Tasmania. I don't like the $9 fee to take you to the international terminal. Everything else is good there, worth it for a bit of luxury and rest.

Clean tidy and with great service and lovely food. We also like the fact it has 24/7 check in

It is really good for a business hotel. The view was quite nice. The restaurant waitress were friendly, but the restaurant manager is completely unhinged.

Good experience at check-in - we arrived at 2am and left immediately the next morning for an early flight. Location is superb - right next to the domestic terminal. View of the room was good too, looking at the airport.

Excellent location for plane transfer overnight - couple 100m undercover walk!! Great rooms, great amenities, very quiet!!

Closest hotel to the airport. But still need a car to get there. Not the hotel’s fault. Staff is very nice, had a one night stay, it was a pleasant stay, nothing wrong. But not much restaurant nearby.

The location is amazing for the Brisbane domestic airport and we just walked over to catch the free transfer bus to the international in the morning, saved $9 each from the hotel shuttle. Food was really good but not cheap had a burger and fries and risotto. Bathroom set up in weird with smoked glass doors for privacy but not much else. Overall not bad.

I am utterly disgusted by the behaviour of two white female staff members at the front desk. Their attitude towards white guests was pathetically submissive — bowing like ****. But when they turned to us, an Asian family with two young children, their faces changed completely. They became cold, rude, and made us feel extremely unwelcome. It is absolutely shocking and unacceptable to experience such blatant racial discrimination and double standards in the 21st century. If you are Asian, or if you believe in basic human respect and dignity, DO NOT STAY HERE. The hotel might look nice, but these ********** staff members will ruin your entire trip. Zero respect. Zero stars. Shameful.

Travelling further via brissy. Nice spot, a bit tricky to find from the airport but otherwise fine. Good restaurant and comfy bed

Love the hotel, location, cleanliness, comfort of the room, amenities, and friendly staff. HOWEVER, after 8 hours of flying, or driving, the staff greet you only to require you to check yourself in at the kiosk. I went through the whole complex process with an attendant assisting only for the kiosk to tell me I had to see an attendant to check in. WTH! How frustrating and not a great way to be greeted at a hotel. I know the hotel staff was frustrated with the process too and it's another total disconnect from corporate with the individual hotel. I felt it was a cold and impersonal process especially following a long trip when all you want to do is to finally get to a room and away from the public. They also required me to use the kiosk to check out the next morning. I refused , handed the key to the attendant, and walked out. When you pay a hundred or two hundred or more for a room the least they can do is to provide you some personal service for 5 or 10 minutes during your stay. I will stay elsewhere besides an Accor hotel in the future. What a huge failure on their end.
