Cozy detached private studio with private parking. Includes queen bed with sky lights and sitting area. Has a full size bathroom, kitchen with full size refrigerator, stove and cooktop, microwave and coffee maker. Cable and WIFI provided. Outside has sitting areas along with a fire pit. Beautiful beachside neighborhood within walking or biking distance to the beach. Bikes are provided! Close to restaurants, bars, Oak Island Pier, grocery store, convenience stores, golf course, shops etc. Most are within biking distance. Small friendly dogs will be considered. About pets:Pets allowed: dogs less than 20 lbs per pet (limit one pet total).Please clean after your furry family! So all enjoy.About checkOut:Check out before 11:30 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 3:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 18.About events:No events allowed.

We had a wonderful stay at the studio! It was beautiful, very clean and had everything we needed. Also very convenient location and we appreciated the bikes

Everything was great! Loved the location. It was perfect for walking to the beach & driving anywhere on Oak Island or into Southport. Great communication with the host. This was perfect, modern, spacious & accommodating for a couple. Loved the bedding, nice bathroom & skylights. Air purifiers were top notch. The host was accommodating in letting us park at the property before & after check in as to allow us more time at the beach without having to pay for additional parking. Highly recommend!

Short Getaway
The cozy one bedroom was perfect for a short stay to visit the islands and Southport. We enjoyed the convenience/location and the hosts were easy to communicate with. The place was clean and the couch and bed were comfortable, which is a win! We really appreciated the place!

Birthday weekend
Brought my daughter for her birthday. We loved the cozy studio. Great location, easy to find, welcoming. Would definitely recommend. We had a wonderful weekend.

Perfect for us. Walking distance to beach, pier and restaurants. Less than 10 minute drive to lighthouse or grocery stores. Quiet and peaceful area.

Oak Island Stay
We were in town for a wedding and really enjoyed our stay. This was a very nice and cozy rental with everything we needed. Very clean and modern place. Jason was a very gracious host and extremely friendly to us. Would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises!
