Cleaning team charges the host $25.00 for every 15 minutes they wait. Host will charge guest $25.00 every 15 minutes to pay the cleaning team for their wait time. * REPORT DAMAGES: Guests agree to walk through during check in and report any problems or damages. There will be no refunds if you chose to report issues after check out. * SECURITY CAMERAS: Cameras are on recording during your stay. All cameras are located on the exterior of the property and monitor all exterior doors, drives, and much of the exterior surfaces surrounding the outside of the structure. Guests do not need to expect to be monitored during their stay but are being made aware of the cameras’ presence. These will be utilized if an issue arises or is suspected, and confirmation or clarification is needed regarding activity on the property at any time. The owner needs to really consider purchasing dehumidifiers for the upstairs and the downstairs! The smell of musty is absolutely horrendous. The house really was not a clean house. Looks very much updated on the pictures and is not. Needs more towels when you have a very wet Feel in the house from the moisture for people to use, including kitchen towels to wash dishes.

Cozy Home Owner was very helpful and responded quickly with any questions we had. Explained all important info perfectly. House was nice and cozy. Check in and out process was easy too. Would stay there again.

Family time in MN The house was very accommodating to our group of 5 adults. Comfortable living room for gathering (and floor space for yoga). Big yard, nice sunroom to read in. Easy parking. No complaints!
