That means no hanging out the window to smoke. If you need to, please do so far away from the building’s front entrance. 3) No parties or illegal activity of any kind. No loud music or noises that disturbs other guests or residents at any time. Please note there are full time residents in the community as well. Please be respectful of everyone. If any house rules are broken, you will be asked to leave immediately. If we smell smoke or see evidence of smoking you will be charged $250 for cleaning + charged for any damages.
