The food taste feel not good for me.

Went with my girlfriend for a two night visit Staff were very friendly hotel was nice and clean.Food was very nice in a lovely restaurant would recommend it as a place to stay.Payment for parking was expensive.Location was good for visiting places in North Wales.

We stayed in the premier inn on Sunday night, my self my boyfriend and our two boys age 3&6. We were greeted by Natalie who was really helpful checking us in and friendly. Room was nice and clean and up to standard for our stay (one night) We then headed down the restaurant and was also waited on by Natalie, I find customer service key in a nice visit as well as cleanliness, I can honestly say Natalie was lovely from start to finish so helpful and great with my two tired children. Food was really good and also amazing value for money. The children's meal deals are fab and I ordered a medium rare steak and it was cooked to perfection and was amazing and so was the price. Thank you again and I would recommend this hotel to families.

If going to a Wrexham match it is an ideal location. And to top it off the staff are brilliant. Helpful for all my questions

Great sized room for a family room and immaculate one of the cleanest premier inns I have stayed in. Staff friendly and approachable, great location right by stadium, train station and town. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend.

ROOM 14 The bathroom ceiling was falling apart there was no soap or body wash the bottles were empty !!!! No towels walked into the room it was freezing cold i then went too speak to the night staff who was very rude ignored u and spoke to u like dirt So the following morning i met a lovely girl called gracie who was not happy with the problems we had gracie ur a lovely girl thank you for listening

The room we were allocated had a blocked wash basin, bulb out in the bathroom and bits on the carpet. We were moved to the all access room but the bed was not of the usual PI standards and didn't get a good nights sleep.

Stayed here 2 nights I noticed a few names who where working Lea was so helpful, Katherine sorry if spelling is wrong but she was lovely and Gracie was lovely all 3 never stopped .all meals we have where lovely and breakfast was room clean , bed was comfortable aswell

Premier Inn's continued milking of the hotel chain will lead to its collapse. Hire some staff! Good location for town and railway station. Take ear plugs for heave walkers above

Very good and lovely service, only considering me in the room TV we have 15" and in this times TV should be a bit bigger then that.

A great little hotel to use if heading to watch the football which can be seen from the hotel itself! Staff friendly, rooms clean and the food was excellent. We had dinner and breakfast here and both were very good. Highly recommend this hotel.

Arrived on a Friday afternoon and left on Sunday morning. The bin outside was overflowing when we arrived. It had not been emptied 2 days later and had a collection of takeaway rubbish placed at the base. There was also mould in the shower and one of the towels was dirty. The heating was stuck on in the room and it felt like sleeping in the sauna. We had to wedge the door open when in the room to let some cool air in from the corridor.

Room comfortable and clean, staff on check-in helpful. Breakfast let the whole stay down. The poached egg was a disaster (threw better in bin) Bacon undercooked. Black pudding oozed grease when it was cut into. Staff in restaurant were conspicuous by their absence. No teabags, went to the reception where they had stocks for rooms to get some. Thankfully, it was only 1 night.

Had family visiting from Australia and decided to take a trip to north wales to do some sightseeing. Parking was chargeable which was a surprise. I visit hotels across the uk regularly and rarely do I see this with premier inns if you are staying. I guess it keeps the accommodation cheap but annoying none the less. The room itself was fine - plenty of space in the family room and was relatively clean and tidy. The family rooms didn’t seem as nice as the doubles which was a shame. We ate in the restaurant 1 night - big mistake. Food was awful - and I’ll eat most things. I don’t expect extravagance but the price was not reflective of the quality received. Staff were friendly but seemed to lack confidence which was most likely down to a lack of training received. They did their best so this isn’t a criticism of them. Overall, not a great experience but you get what you pay for. It just makes me laugh when you see the adverts displaying a great experience when actually it’s the opposite. Worth spending a few extra pennies and going elsewhere.
