Hotel was next to Migros and it was approximately 7min away from Olten train station by foot. Highly recommended. Check in was smooth.

Location is really convenient. Staff at reception are friendly and understanding.

Das Hotel ist gut, hat aber nicht das Besondere. Parkplatz kostet 9,60 CHF extra.

The location is good, the rooms are clean. But, there is no air conditioning in the rooms, the check-out time is 10:00, and if you want to check out later you have to pay 20 fr for each extra hour. The lady at the reception was slow when making the check-out.

The bed was full with bed bugs. They were everywhere on the pillow, on the bedsheet. There were so many that I cannot imagine how the staff was not able to detect them!? After I showed them to the receptionist I got a different room.

Unfortunately, there is no A/C in the rooms which made my stay to a nightmare. As we all remember we had an uncredible heat in Switzerland at this point in time. In the room it was crazy hot. Service in the restaurant was average but not bad. Room service took a long time until I did get my burger (1 hour).-I was starving!

Staff seems to be really stressed at the reception. Not that supportive and friendly as they were in the past. No A/C available in the room. Waiting time for the food I have ordered to my room was a way too long. The stay was a real disappointment.

Friendly staff, they pleased our every wish (and there were quite a few) with our 1,5 years old child. Rooms are comfortable and stylish. A part of the hotel is also a super restaurant. The prices in restaurant are quite high, but the food is also on a higher level. Next to the hotel is a shopping centre with migros, coop,...the rail station and a small old town city centre is a few minutes away

Das Hotel ARTE liegt optimal für Geschäfts- und Gesellschaftliche-Termine und für Anlässe - die Nähe zum Bahnhof (in kurzer Gehdistanz) ist ideal und trotzdem ist das Hotel ruhig gelegen. Das ARTE legt hohen Wert auf die Qualität und ästhetische Elemente - u.a. in den Zimmer hat es sehr angenehme Textilien im Bereich der Bett- und Frottierwäsche und der Schlafkomfort ist überdurchschnittlich!

Cooles Zimmer, sehr sauber, ruhige Lage, Personal extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zentrale Lage. Der Name Arte ist wirklich Programm. Das Wandgemälde im Zimmer war sehr inspirierend und mit guter Info zum Künstler versehen. Spannend. Wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben und wohl gefühlt.

Das Zimmer war schön eingerichtet und sauber. Aber als wir das Zimmer betraten schlug uns ein wahnsinnig strenger Schweißgeruch entgegen. Sehr unangenehm. Der Geruch bleib auch den gesamten Aufenthalt bestehen. In der Nacht war es etwas besser, weil wir die Fenster geöffnet hatten. Denn das Zimmer besitzt keine Klimaanlage und ein schlafen wäre undenkbar gewesen. Parken konnte man unterm Hotel für um die 50 Franken für drei Tage. Zum Bahnhof waren es ca. 10 Minuten. Das Frühstück hat 19 Franken pro Person gekostet und war ok. Leider war gegen neun Uhr nicht mehr allzu viel Auswahl an Belag übrig.

Ho riservato tramite sito online ed era indicato che la colazione era compresa (CHF 25.-) - arrivato mi hanno detto che a loro non risultava compresa. Nonostante ho fatto vedere il mail, mi hanno risposto che mi facevano vedere la loro conferma che dice altro. Nessuna ricerca di soluzione o proposta. Ho pagato con carta di credito, al check out mi hanno detto che era tutto a posto e al pomeriggio mi fatturano una seconda volta la stanza, senza avvisare. Ho visto l'addebito per caso e appena ho chiesto, mi hanno accusato di essere andato via senza pagare la stanza... il giorno successivo mi hanno rimborsato il doppio addebito... Da un hotel così mi aspettavo un trattamento migliore.

Die Gäste werden gut bedient. und jede erfährt Aufmerksamkeit. Ich werde in der Zukunft euere Hotel andere Menschen empfehlen. Das Parkhaus sollte man besser gekennzeichnen,, da so viele Geschäfte dort vorhanden sind. Persönlich bin ich dankbar für die Erfahrung.
