Brooklyn Villa

I had a terrible experience there, the host is horrible, rude, egoistic. First photo :Hygiene issue: underwear handing in checked in room 2. Second photo : no water kept for drinking and no body was there to asked for water at night 3. No wifi : this was amenity promised to use, my office work got hampered because of it, i had to travel to other place to complete my for at such chilling weather 4. No person to communicate for any services 5. Morning service: i had to call to make my trip for even a cup of tea I have paid rupees for such a horrible experience Who will pay for my loss at work, the amount suffering which cost me in coming days in office

It was a lovely stay. We had a great time having dinner and bonfire. Must recommend for all travel-ling in group and stay at ooty

It was a pleasure staying at property brooklyn villa in ooty exceeded all our expectations, well-maintained property with attentive housekeeping and management staff. Exceptional hospitality and service, the staff, manager gopi, were really kind and great support, and the cook shatrughan also great, he cooks delicious foods, mainly north indian dishes that are delicious and have the comforts of home cooking. Their warmth and hospitality truly made us feel at home. Overall, the brooklyn villa was pleasant and for a memorable stay.

Let me start with the location - conveniently situated for easy access yet offering a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle. The staff, including the cook shatrughan who whipped up delicious home-cooked meals, the caretakers shubham and divya, and the property manager gopi, were incredibly attentive and accommodating throughout my stay. Their warmth and hospitality truly made me feel at home. Kudos to the owner for their impeccable attention to detail in maintaining the property. Every corner exuded charm and elegance, with decor that seemed handpicked to perfection. It's evident that a lot of thought and care has been put into creating a truly five-star experience. Overall, my time at brooklyn villa was nothing short of exceptional, and i wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a memorable stay in ooty.
