We stayed here for our honeymoon and had a wonderful experience. The service was excellent, and all the staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. One of the biggest advantages of this property is its location. It is situated in the heart of Ooty town, making it very easy to access popular attractions such as the Botanical Garden, Ooty Lake, and the Ooty Toy Train station. There are also plenty of restaurants, shops, and other facilities within walking distance. We especially enjoyed taking evening walks around the town, and we always felt safe. The atmosphere was pleasant and comfortable. Our room was spacious, clean, well-maintained, and had a luxurious feel. Housekeeping did a great job throughout our stay. The complimentary breakfast was very good, with a wide variety of items available each morning. The property also has its own restaurant, which was very convenient and served good food during our stay. Although the residency is located in the busy town area, there was no noise disturbance inside the property. The rooms were quiet and peaceful, making our stay very relaxing. This place is not only ideal for honeymoon couples and families but is also highly recommended for business travelers who are looking for a comfortable, peaceful, and convenient stay.
