Accord Highland Hotel Ooty

The resort is extremely beautiful with amazing view. Food is excellent whatever we ordered was perfect. Place is good for sports as well. Open sky villa was very luxurious and was perfect on clear sky days for star gazing. The place was so spacious that we spent entire 2 days in the resort and only.

The best place to stay in Ooty away from city’s chaos. Location is perfect surrounded by lush green Nilgiri valley & tea plantations. The Moment you enter this property you will start feeling the warmth its hospitality. ***y indoor/ activities are arranged by Hotel to keep the guests engaged. You wont feel like going anywhere where else from this Hotel. Hotel Staffs are very good & co-operative. Special Kudos to Mr. Sivakumar for taking care & ***aging all the indoor / activities for the guest. Complementary High tea is awesome. View from the hotel is amazing.

We had an awsum time at Accord. Our experience at the resort turned out to be even better than what we had expected. Great location, tidy n decent rooms with beautiful surroundings made it worth every penny. Best part of the stay was the fun times at bon fire with Shiv during night party..simply amazing!!My kids loved it!!Chai point n the extra curricular facilities added to the delight. It was a memorable stay!!

In the hustle bustle hill station of Ooty where there are huge number of crowds crawling all over the hill station we do not get to see the glimpse of evergreen Ooty. The Accord Highland Hotel Ooty has a scenic beauty of Nilgiris hills. The backdrop is awesome, the hotel is away from crowd and pollution. The air quality is so pure, in the hotel the rooms are very neat and clean, staffs are very attentive and responsive. Especially, restaurants staffs were understanding and cater our food request. They have a cute little tea shop that operates only 5 p.m to 6.30 pm that reminds of old times tea stall, they also complimentary snacks. Accord highland hotel Ooty, has big outdoor play area, like cricket, basketball, volleyball, tennis and trampoline, also indoor activity like pool table, air hockey, 3 D gaming zone, table tennis and ***y more. ***** with other activities they have Karaoke nights and bonfire, special mention about Mr.Shiva Kumar, he is an excellent host on playing karaoke as he sings well and good tennis, cricket player he loves to join the activities with people and children. In overall the Accord highland Ooty is the place to be in and enjoying peaceful our vacation.

I was awesome. Beautiful views and excellent buffet. The resort has all games from Cricket, all outdoors games to board games. The bonfire event is awesome ***aged by Mr. Shivkumar. Worth the money you spend. They provide reasonable rate cab service from hotel major tourist spots.

Amazing hospitality and a great location . Food was okay but staff were very amicable . Event ***ager Siva is a nice person and we really had a very good time during the stay here . Rooms were neat and larger than we expected . Overall it is nice stay

We stayed in March 2024, Great Hospitality, we had requests for my toddler and the staff ensured that all were seamlessly taken care. The staff be it front office, restaurant, house keeping are Gold Standard in terms of Customer service. I would also like to thank MR.Shiva for organising the open mic for guests. Overall a fab experience highly recommended

First things first..the staff right from reception to housekeeping to the restaurant are extremely responsive and helpful. The property has good facilities for kids and adults like sit-outs, basketball, volleyball, TT, trampaulin which can be used for family or even team bounding events. The food in the restaurant is good slightly on the expensive side though. Buffet breakfast has sufficient options and is tasty. They offer complementary tea and snacks in the garden during evenings which is very nice. The problem though is in the rooms..they are dated. We were upgraded to a newly renovated room as we were not happy after 1st day, there too we found that the washroom though newly done had major problem in the water drainage and as a result the water was accumulating on the floor making it wet and not something one would like in Ooty's cold climate. The room as well has only been painted with the same furniture retained which has no modern vibes. All in all a stay which could have been much better but for being let down by their core product being the rooms.

The Highland team has been absolutely incredible. We experienced genuine hospitality from start to finish. While the product is undergoing upgrades, our stay at the villa was impeccable, especially for families. The additional services provided enhanced our experience, such as the evening tea/coffee service and the well-organized bonfire filled with games and music. A big shoutout to Shiv Kumar for making the evening even more enjoyable by engaging all guests. Kudos to the entire Highland team. We're already looking forward to returning soon!
